Set on the top floor in the Trail Creek community, this condo accommodates up to six guests with two bedrooms, an upstairs sleeping loft, and two bathrooms. It’s a comfortable fit for a family getaway or a trip with friends who appreciate having a little extra space to spread out.

The main living area invites everyone to settle in around the fireplace and catch up on the day. Upstairs, the loft has a couch and large-screen TV, giving your group a second place to relax.
Keep mornings simple with breakfast in the full kitchen, pack lunch for your adventures, or enjoy an easy dinner at home. Wi-Fi and air conditioning add everyday convenience.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
• Bedroom 1: Two twin beds.
• Bedroom 2: Main-level bedroom with queen bed accommodating two guests.
• Upstairs loft: One queen bed, plus a couch and TV.
The loft serves as both an additional sleeping area and a second lounge. Please plan your group’s sleeping arrangements around two bedrooms plus this loft space.
SHARED POOL, HOT TUB & MORE
Make a visit to the Trail Creek Sports Center part of your stay. Swim in the shared indoor pool, enjoy a soak in the hot tub, or take advantage of the sauna, game room, and fitness equipment.
These facilities are shared with other guests and residents of the Trail Creek community and operate according to the complex’s hours and policies.

You’ll have private use of the entire condo, including the two bedrooms, sleeping loft, two bathrooms, kitchen, and both lounge areas.
Your stay also includes access to the shared Trail Creek Sports Center, with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, game room, and fitness equipment. Community facilities are subject to operating hours, maintenance, and complex rules.
On-site parking is available. Killington Mountain Homes will provide arrival instructions and the details you need to access the condo and shared amenities before your stay.

• TWO BEDROOMS PLUS A LOFT: The home accommodates up to six guests. The upstairs loft contains a queen bed and also serves as the second lounge.
• LAYOUT: This condo is on the top floor, with the loft above the main living level. Please consider the layout when planning your stay.
• WINTER MOUNTAIN ACCESS: When snow conditions and trail operations permit, guests can use the ski-back trail to return to the Trail Creek complex. Getting to the lifts involves a shuttle ride when service is running, a drive, or a walk.
• SEASONAL SHUTTLE: Winter shuttle service follows the operator’s schedule. Please confirm service for your travel dates when planning transportation to the mountain.
• SHARED AMENITIES: The pool, hot tub, sauna, game room, and fitness equipment are community facilities. Hours and availability are managed by the complex and may change for maintenance or other operational needs.
