Sunset Notch- Hot tub, Cold Plunge, Hiking, Views!

Than you to Dan & Holly!! Our group usually goes more south or west for our trips but wanted a scenic and relaxing stay for this trip and it was just that. Great communication. Great looking place with a good view. The only thing I could critique is maybe some blinds for the night time in the living room/kitchen area. But it looked like it was painted recently , so I’m sure there are usually blinds there. Thank you again.

Dan&Holly, are one of the best hosts I’ve had!! They communicated so well from welcoming us to the issue we had with the hot tub water! We had a wonderful stay at Dan & Holly's home! There was plenty of space for our family of six. The beautiful setting provided the perfect backdrop for our Vermont getaway, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub after our daily adventures.
The location is fantastic—it's incredibly convenient to several great restaurants and breweries, as well as grocery stores and specialty shops. It made exploring the local area and stocking up on essentials so easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Dan and Holly were responsive hosts whose pictures accurately represent their chalet.
The chalet was well appointed with a full bathroom on each level. There is plenty of space for a larger group with comfortable beds and furniture.
It is about 25 minutes from Killington Ski Resort and the view overlooks the town of Rutland.
The hot tub is on the small side with a hot side and cold side. It is a bit of a bizarre hot tub to have at a larger chalet but that may just be my opinion.
I have no reservations recommending this chalet, it is clean and well taken care of. You do not have to pack anything extra to enjoy this space.
We enjoyed the local coffee and maple syrup that was awaiting our arrival, that was a thoughtful touch.

We had a wonderful long weekend at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described — clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. It felt like a home away from home from the moment we arrived.
The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. We mentioned that a blender was missing, and they immediately got one for us, which we truly appreciated. That level of attentiveness made our stay even better.
Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely stay here again. We’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family!

Great stay for our group. The place is about 25 minutes to Killington, the kitchen was well stocked with essential utensils/gear, and the fireplace stove kept everything warm and toasty. The hot tub is on the smaller side for a larger group, but we still enjoyed it. Dan & Holly were responsive and made check-in easy.

The entire place was beautiful and very spacious. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay — the location, the cleanliness, and especially the comfortable massage chair and hot tub. The host was also very kind and responsive. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful weekend stay. It was a 25 minute drive to Killington. The house is spacious and had plenty of room for 8 adults. Kitchen was large and had everything we needed to cook meals. Beds were comfy. We look forward to staying again in the future.

It was such a beautiful house! Dan and Holly were super friendly and responsive. There was much than enough room for my party of 8 and 2 doggies. It's also a 5-10 min drive to town and a 25 min drive to Killington and Pico. Would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Vermont

We booked the place for skiing at Killington and loved the place so much!! Definitely exceeded our expectations. The highlight was the hot tub on the deck. Super peaceful and relaxing to unwind in it after a skiing day. Since the house is on the hill we could see the contour of the mountains and city lights while being in the tub so that was really cool. The house is beautiful and very function inside as well - loved the high ceiling of the living room and the placement of the windows, which makes the space very open and inviting. I would definitely want to come back.
