Dan and Holly were excellent hosts and the house was lovely! We went for a weekend- 2 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room. My son loved the ping pong table! The living room was cozy for family hang and the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless! We would absolutely return!

We had a great stay at this condo in Killington. The place itself was really nice—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the biggest highlights was the location, with the ski areas just a short distance away, making everything super convenient.
The host was also excellent—very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
The recreational center was a great added bonus and definitely enhanced the overall value of the stay.
Would absolutely recommend and would gladly stay here again!

Great accommodation for a large family, easy ski in ski out access, access to Sunrise Village amenities (pool and hot tub) was a great perk. Host communication was prompt through booking and during our stay. Would recommend and would stay again!

This a a fantastic location for skiing at Killington - highly recommend it, I would definitely go back. You want to make sure you are there in season when the sunrise trail and lift are open to take advantage of ski in and ski out. If not you’ll have to drive to a lot, but that would still be close - but the ease of not driving makes this more place more desirable. The home is spacious and can sleep 9-10 comfortably. We had 2 families staying and it was great and the living area open for great dinner and game playing. Dan and Holly know what they are doing! They were super helpful providing great guide and rental instructions. They are so responsive and helpful.

Dan and Holly were very proactive hosts checking with us to make sure we had everything we needed. They also provided very clear check in/out instructions. Their condo is beautiful and the kitchen is modern. We really enjoyed the hot tub on site and roaring fire each night after a long day of skiing.

We stayed there for a night, it was a great location with amazing views. I love star-gazing and this spot was perfect. The house was as described, it had many fun things to do like a pacman arcade game and a pingpong table. Would definitely love to visit again, wish I would have stayed for one more day.

Property is just as seen. Very clean and everything we needed. We traveled in July and unit was 72F. Portable A/C units did more than was needed when used. Pool, hot tub and exercise room used daily. Some distance from stores but expected in the mountains. I liked it enough that I would consider renting in ski season. Just the right amount of items to feel at home.

We had a great stay. The condo was very clean, fully stocked, and we felt right at home. We traveled as a family of 8 and a baby, so each couple had their own space. The basement was perfect for us with the baby. We could still enjoy the main floor and be together while the baby slept downstairs. We would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed staying on mountain at Killington. There was enough space for our group of 3 couples. Note the primary bed is much bigger than the others, so one couple gets a nicer set up. The ski on was super easy- don’t be scared by the posts. If the sunshine lift is running you (and your skier kids can do it)! Snowboarding would be tougher as it’s flatter at points. Ski off is also do-able!

It really stood out how much advance prep Dan and Holly did to make sure their guests are well looked after. The information provided on line covers every eventuality, and every need is anticipated. If you like to ski, and be very comfortable afterwards, its hard to imagine a better place.

We loved the fireplace, ping pong table & comfy sectional! The amenities at Sunrise were perfect - fitness center, pool, hot tub and even x-country skiing, skating and snowshoeing!

We stayed at Sunbear place for 3 nights right before Christmas. The unit was very clean, comfortable and conveniently located to Killington resort where we went skiing. We appreciated that the unit was nice and warm as we arrived on the evening of it being extremely cold (-5F). With two families, each with 2 kids, we had plenty of space and sleeping options, including some games to keep everyone entertained. Each family shared one bathroom. Living room and dining table were still spacious enough for all of us to have dinners and enjoy Christmas Eve together. The only extra thing we would have liked was an extra hour on Christmas morning for checkout (moving from 10am to 11am). The host wasn't able to accommodate due to another rental starting at 4pm that day, so we ended up having breakfast out. Overall, we definitely recommend the place, especially if planning to ski in the area in winter, and would stay here again.

This was a fabulous find. We had such a good time and the unit was clean and so so cute!
The only thing to note is that the Skiin/ski off is only available when that lift and mountain are open, so expect to still drive 15min or so to the mountain.
I highly recommend and hope to return next year!

10/10 stay - would definitely return! The unit has tons of beds and living space (although only one bathroom not connected to the king bedroom). Amazing fire place made a cozy stay. Hot tub was down the street a little (have to drive) and had limited hours in the off season. Very steep drive up the mountain but made for beautiful surroundings and views. Lots of warm blankets and extra towels provided. Well stocked kitchen and the whole place was very clean. Lots of beautiful hikes within half an hour including Bucklin Trail to Killington Peak. Host was very responsive and very kind!! Loved this Airbnb and would definitely stay again!

It was a beautiful place to stay in the fall to enjoy the foliage in the surrounding mountains. It was peaceful and not crowded in Killington like it was in Stowe. I enjoyed the fireplace and the unique windows in the living area. Very comfortable bed.

This place is wonderful! The beds were very comfortable, the place was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the local coffee and maple syrup the owner gave us. My kids loved playing the games in the lower level. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

I was looking for a stop on our way to Montreal, so I wasn't expecting much. But it turned out that Dan & Holly's place are surrounded by the Killington ski area with beautiful mountains. Since it was summer, the place and surrounding are pretty quiet and private. We had a nice stopover, cook in dinner, good rest, before continuing to Montreal. I would imagine that the place will be very different at the prime of the ski season.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a wonderful experience. The house was very spacious, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights was the ping pong table, which provided endless fun during our stay. The community pool was also a great spot to relax and have some fun. From the comfy couch (which none of us wanted to leave) to the hot tub and pool to the super soft bedding, you won’t regret your stay here.

Very comfortable townhouse. Kitchen had pretty much everything you need (we ate all meals at home the whole week). Plenty of towels, comfortable bedding. We had a massive snow storm while there that knocked out power and the fireplace was great to keep us all cozy. Plenty of firewood.
Hosts were accommodating and responsive. Glad for the comfort of the house.
Ski in/out was a bit complicated with small kids but likely easier with just adults.

Everything was wonderful! We would have liked a little more accommodation on a slightly later than 11am checkout during the hight of a major snowstorm, when no guests were checking in that day, and I would have been super thrilled but they gave us from 10-11 so not bad, however I thought it was supposed to be 11 until I got the checkout notice.

This is the perfect place for a large group to share for a great ski in/ski out trip. Access to the mountain could not have been better with the ski trail right off of the parking lot. Great spot right next to the trail! As long as there is snow on the ground you should have no trouble skiing down to the lift and skiing right back to the condo at the end of the day. Dan & Holly were excellent hosts who were very responsive when we needed to reach out to them at off hours. We were having our own “senior” moment with the dishwasher but they were kind enough to humor us through it and flatter our skiing abilities!

The condo is immaculate, and very comfortable for our family of four, plus a friend and her son traveling with us. What a pleasure to walk in to an updated rental (soooo many Vermont ski condos were built in the 70s and still feel and look like that!) Linens were crisp and clean and the couch was a comfy evening destination that fit all six of us! The unit is stocked with literally everything you need, including kitchen ware, cleaning products and games/puzzles. We had a crazy weekend of New England weather (rain, snow, wind, you name it) and the fireplace was a god-send during some power outages throughout the town and mountain on Saturday. The maintenance team at the Sunrise condos worked miracles keeping the roadways clear and sanded, and pathways shoveled. The firewood sheds are kept stocked, and the one for this unit was just a short walk across the driveway. The kids and I drove to Snowshed each day, because the boys wanted to spend their time at Ramshead, and my daughter and I like the vibe of Snowshed being a smaller lodge. But hubby was able to utilize the ski-on aspect as the Sunrise lift was open for the holiday weekend. He said the ski-off trek was a little harder, but most of that is because Killington is sooo big - it can get confusing if you have never been. Overall we had a great time, the condo felt like coming home, and if we decide to give Killington another whirl we will definitely be back!

This place was as described and we appreciated the welcoming gifts and responsiveness of the hosts. Also appreciated the cotton sheets as a lot of hosts opt for cheap microfiber sheets. Cotton bedding is so much more comfy. The game room was awesome and the skiing was great!

I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was for a week. Holly and Dan were both very accessible, provided details of check in/out process and even left a welcoming gift. The home has a great layout with a basement level that can accommodate many guests with lots of entertaining games. The fireplace made for a cozy, relaxing trip with plenty of firewood to replenish. There are plenty of paper products and cleaning supplies to get through the week. We cooked dinners every night and the kitchen was well stocked. The ski in/out lift was closed, which we didn't expect any differently for this time of year. However, Bear Mountain parking lot is such an easy, short drive, we parked there daily and took the lift up. There is also a shuttle available to bring you back to Bear Mountain parking lot from the other lift locations at K1, and Snowdon Express. Due to heavy snow conditions, we were worried about our long drive home on our scheduled checkout date. Holly promptly responded and allowed us to extend our rental by another day so we can get home safely. We will definitely be back. It was a beautiful vacation, thank you.

We had an enchanting stay at Holly and Dan's Airbnb. The house is not only beautiful but also well-maintained, creating a magical atmosphere, especially with the unexpected snowfall on Christmas day. The roads were promptly cleared, ensuring hassle-free access. The breathtaking view from the house added to the charm. It's equipped with everything you need, and the game room provided endless fun for the kids. Holly and Dan were consistently available and responsive. So, we arrived on our ski vacation to torrential rain which wiped away all of Killington’s snow base….. such a rough start to our “ski vacation”. Thank goodness we rented Dan & Holly’s place!! Kids had a full game room in the basement, adults had a fire in the fireplace & lounged on the couch & watched the rain on the skylights above us…. Dan & Holly helped us with some non skiing recommendations (thanks - Woodstock, VT was an excellent recommendation for a cute town to walk around with lots of shops and cafes!!)
After 2 days which netted 2+ inches of rain, Killington was actually pretty amazing at salvaging the slopes. It turned cold and they were making snow around the clock and grooming up a storm. We were able to ski 3 full days after nature’s curveball!!
The one thing I didn’t fully appreciate was that Bear mtn was completely closed and so there was no hope of us taking advantage of the ‘ski on, ski off’ amenity however, they did warn me of this in the listing.

We just came back from Killington. It is such a great place to relax yourselves. Dan & Holly provids a warmest and prettiest townhouse for us to enjoy the amazing autumn scenery! The surrounding mountains are covered with colourful trees in this season, as beautiful as an oil painting. The townhouse is exactly as the pictures showing. Dan & Holly are super friendly and helpful. We lost a charger here after check-out, while Dan & Holly were highly responsive to coordinate and shipped it to us soon. So appreciated!

Due to unfortunate circumstances with our accommodations, we booked this Airbnb the night of check in. Dan and Holly were very accommodating to get us setup for check in with 5 min of booking the property. We highly appreciated it as we had a race early the next morning that we had traveled to from Alabama.
I can't say enough positive things about the property. It's location was perfect, within walking distance to our race. The home is clean and comfortable. The beds are AMAZING. As a superhost as well, I really appreciate how great these host were to us.

I think Holly and Dan’s place is a great choice for ski season, and they were accessible and helpful hosts. Unfortunately, most of the activities I’d counted on doing with my grandkids in Killington could not be done because it rained every single day. The hot tub on the premises next to the outside pool was being fixed so there was no way to warm up before jumping back into the pool. When I told Holly how miserable the kids were not to be able to swim every day, she and Dan allowed us access to a fantastic indoor pool/spa 20-30 minutes away. That was a lifesaver!

I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. First of all, it was a LAST MINUTE booking. I mean, last minute. We had another place booked for 9 of us. 4 adults and 5 kids. When we got to the original place, let’s just say it was not habitable. I had to scramble to find a place in Killington big enough and available right away. Dan and Holly responded in less than 5 minutes and said give us 45 minutes to an hour and the place will be ready for you guys. Not only was it ready, we were welcomed with amazing Vermont themed welcome gifts. The place is beautiful. So spacious, so clean, so modern. Beds were very comfortable. Master suite is massive and beautiful. The basement area was perfect for the kids with three beds, tv with Nintendo, an air hockey table, Ms Pac Man video game and a football throw game. Bunk room upstairs was great and the queen room on the main level was awesome as well. It made the one rainy day not so bad to have such a nice place to relax in. Pool and hot tub on site!

We really enjoyed staying at this house. The location was awesome and the amenities were great. We did the ski in and ski out two days while skiing at Killington. We preferred using the triple chair ski lift in the Sunrise community for the remainder of our ski days. One of us used a snowboard and got a workout using the ski in/ski out trails to the condo as there were a few flat spots, but not many. (To be fair, our ski trip was the 1st week of April and you have to expect the wet/slushy snow with warmer temperatures, which slowed down our snow boarder.) With 7 people in our party, we wished there was a 3rd bathroom but the 2 bathrooms worked well, once an agreed upon schedule for the bathrooms were created. All in all, it’s a great home, at an awesome location. We definitely have plans for a return visit.

We had a wonderful ski weekend at Dan & Holly’s condo. Dan and Holly were very responsive with any questions and even left us some goodies like coffee and maple syrup. We comfortably fit a group of six with room to spare. We loved the location near the ski slopes and were able to ski home for lunch. The living room with large windows and fireplace were fantastic. We had such a blast at this spacious condo. Dan and Holly were such awesome hosts. They were responsive to all the questions I’ve asked. Checked in with us after our first night to make sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. The unit was very comfortable and spacious for 3 families with kids under age of 6! They even had the pack and play set up in the king room when I asked about it before arrival. We have young infants (the youngest being 3 months) and it was so accommodating. Neighbors were quiet. Each family had their own floor to sleep on which was so helpful. Less than 10 minute drive to the other killington lodges. Very short drive to some other ski lifts nearby. Didn’t use the condo ski lift at Sunrise but definitely convenient. Our families had such a memorable good time! Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Killington. Thank you Dan and Holly for making this such an amazing trip for us.

We had a great stay at Sunbear. While the overall condo was a little smaller than the pictures led us to believe, there was plenty of room. Our favorite feature was the very large fireplace and plenty of wood. My two pet peeves at ski condos are a lack of wood and a bad shower head. I was very happy with both. The free skiing on the Sunrise lift and trail is also really great for beginners.

Dan & Holly are wonderful hosts. They are very responsive and accommodating. The unit is lovely with plenty of space for everyone. We had family brunches and watched movies in the living area before everyone retired to their own space at night. There are terrific walking trails literally outside the front door as well as a great community pool, gym, etc. The only thing that would have improved the stay would have been if the a/c units (which are hard to figure out) were on and running before we got there as it was in the mid 80s on the first and second floor when we arrived late at night and I couldn't figure out how to cool the place down until the next morning. Would definitely recommend and book again!

The condo was clean and welcoming and Dan and Holly were quick to respond and even provide recommendations. We were mountain biking at killington and the location was truly great. It’s about a 10 minute drive to the mountain which was perfect. If you’re looking for in town this is a bit far so running an errand or getting somewhere quick is a bit of a drive but it’s a ski town so to be expected. :) lots of privacy during our mid week summer month stay that’s for sure though. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a fun and clean spot with lots of space and activities to keep the kids OR YOU entertained.

We had a great trip out to Dan & Holly’s place in Killington. Very clean with great amenities for adults and kids. We came out to enjoy the mountain biking and clean air and we weren’t disappointed. Their place is up on Bear Mountain which was extra quiet the week we were up (first week of June) and offered just the solitude we were looking for.
Views of the mountain were incredible and access to the Skyeship gondola would be perfect in the winter. We’ll hope to come back and enjoy it in that season as well.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Dan and Holly's place. They were gracious hosts and checked in on us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Dan and Holly also arranged for a pack n play and a high chair to be in the condo upon our arrival for my youngest daughter - two less things for us to pack. The game room downstairs was fun for all and we also took advantage of the indoor swimming pool at the rec center. The pool was very clean as were the facilities, which all looked like they had recently been renovated. The check-in and check-out process was straightforward and very easy. While there wasn't enough snow for us to ski directly from the condo, we appreciated the proximity to Bear Mountain and the views of Outer Limits right out the front door!

Dan and Holly were such lovely hosts - they left maple cookies and syrup and coffee for us, and were incredibly responsive and attentive. Condo is cozy and efficient and outfitted with everything you might need, and the wood-burning fireplace in particular was a joy to come home to. On some days we skied in and out — the Sunrise Village Triple is about a 4-min traverse away and you can pick your way back as well on skis (though be prepared to tow the kids!) — and other days we drove to Snowshed or the Gondola base to catch a lesson or the first chair. Wonderful stay!

Let me start by saying how great our hosts were. From the moment I booked months ago, they were extremely helpful in terms of the trip planning. They answered my big and often very little questions promptly - before, during, and after our trip.
The condo was exactly what I expected. A bit "cozy" but more than enough room to sleep two families with 3 kids each. The kitchen is nice and well stocked with gear to cook - a bit tight for any serious cooking but more than enough to make several good meals.
The sports center was useful too. i think they have limited staff and therefore the hours are a bit short, but the kids enjoyed going to the pool every day.
My one issue - and this was a big one, which I know the owners will address - is the ski on and ski off. It was advertised as such, and technically it is, but you won't want to expect an easy process of ski on and off, not at all.
To ski on, you exit the small parking lot and walk up a fairly steep slope that has clearly been "groomed" by some sort of machine within the last few weeks. But it is icy, and depending on the weather, can be a tricky climb of about 30-40 or so vertical feet. Then you pop on your skis on a similar "trail", which again, has been leveled by a machine within the last few weeks, not fresh. Can be very icy depending on conditions. You ski down about the same 30 or so vertical feet, then you have to take off and put back on your skis to cross a small road. From there it is a pretty flat similar very narrow trail that leads you over to the sunrise lift. This requires a good amount of pole-ing for most people.
"Ski off" is trickier. First off, finding the ski off point isn't so easy. I missed it twice on the first day. It is the first gate on the right just below where bear cub joins the sunrise lift access trail (bear view, I think). You have to navigate some very iffy terrain to get off bear cub around the gate and onto this condo trail. The condo trail from there is the same as the "ski on" trail. You follow this for a good 3-5 minutes, where it can be narrow/icy or slow/mushy depending on the weather, again some pole-ing involved, to get back to the starting point. Then you can ski down to the parking lot if you're feeling confident, or pop off your skis and carefully walk back down to the parking lot.
After our first day and some issues, the majority of the group- our friends and their younger kids, did not utilize the ski on and ski off anymore for the next 4 days because it was not particularly easy. they preferred to drive 10-15 minutes to Snowshed. I used the ski on/off several times, and I am an above average skier, with my 9 year old and her 10 year old friend, but it was still a challenge each time, especially for them.
So my take home point is this is a great condo with even better hosts, but the ski on and ski off is for above average fairly fit skiers, and if you are looking for easy access for little kids or below average skiers, you might want to try something different.

The kitchen was well-stocked, the couch comfy, and even in the winter the outdoor chairs were fun to hang out on (for a few minutes, at least!). Everything was clean and prepared for us. Starting a fire was easy. I really did ski from the condo to the slopes. The common rec cen is also great, albeit you probably do have to drive (or ski) there. I would highly recommend this spot!

I highly recommend staying at Dan and Holly’s residence. The house is perfect and they were excellent hosts. I stayed for 3 nights with my wife, 2 kids, and niece. The property is conveniently located close to skiing and other activities. During our stay Dan and Holly reached out a couple times to ensure everything was up to par, and see if there was anything we needed.
Thanks Dan and Holly again for the great accommodations!! We look forward to staying again!

We had a great time at this ski house. Having the extra space was a plus, as 2 folks did get sick during our trip and we were able to socially distance. The Ms Pacman machine was a hit, with adults and kids. The only minor issue was pet hair in 2 bedrooms, while the listing references no pets. The owner checked in a few times to see if everything was in order, and was responsive to questions. The Sunrise lift and Sundog trail was closed due to lack of snow, so we couldn't take advantage of the ski in/ski out.
We would definitely rent again and recommend it to friends.

awesome visit. Dan and Holly were great. very communicative and quick to reply to every question. checkin was super easy. the description of the place was accurate, kitchen well stocked, fireplace was great, beds comfortable, and plenty of room for our family. Wonderful ski home! And amazing communication by the hosts!
Our family went when the slopes were not open unfortunately. We enjoyed a quiet pre-Thanksgiving getaway with our family of 5. We REALLY enjoyed the wood fireplace and having our 8 and 6 year old gather wood. The pool/hot tub were very fun and we enjoyed going on hikes and visiting the town. I can imagine if it were ski season this place would be even that much more amazing. Overall, excellent communication by the hosts, they left us a wonderful welcome package too which we much appreciated. Very nice experience and I would highly recommend, especially during ski/snowboard season!

We planned a reunion with our friend's family for fall in VT and picked Dan & Holly's place for the stay. The setting couldn't have been any better. The location has great views and a charming appeal. The sight of the vibrant fall leaves descending from the tree above and landing on the aesthetically designed partial glass ceiling + windows in the living room; brings nostalgia. The property is clean and neatly maintained. The beds are more than sufficient for 2 families with kids, cozy and comfortable for a good night's sleep. We were a group of 7, yet there were 3 beds that remained unoccupied. The condo is adequately stocked and it was so nice of the hosts to leave some gifts.
Please see: Dan & Holly are the acme of professionalism. They are definitely the best in the business; without making the whole ordeal seem like business. That's their greatest differentiator. Dan & Holly go out of their way to make sure they leave no stone unturned in creating the best experience for their guests. Their response time to a message is incredible. Their instructions are immaculate. In fact they tread an extra yard in creating a 'personalized' experience for their guests. Right from their hand written welcome note with the guests names on it and to the electronics in the condo addressing the guests by their name, there is a touch of personalization in the entire experience. Kudos to your efforts and thanks to some lessons on customer experience that many B-schools don't offer in their curriculum. My respect for VT and the people have gone several notches up!

Dan & holly’s place is absolutely beautiful. Their home is clean, spacious, and in the perfect location. We were there to explore the beautiful foliage and towns of Vermont and this location is perfect. You are in an area that is easy to get to and can get to many places in a short amount of time. There are stores and gas stations that are close by. Holly and Dan left a ton of recommendations and were very accommodating. I can only imagine this place in the winter. Thanks again Holly & Dan!

We loved everything about Dan&Holly’s home! The condo and the ambient is gorgeous, the location is just on the mountain and close to the ski area. The hosts are responsive and attentive. They even provided baby carrier and high chair for our little one. The hiking places recommend by Dan and Holly are also beautiful and worth the time. Everything about our stay was perfect!

Dan and Holly are terrific hosts. Even before arrival, they informed me of different activities I can do with my diversity aged family in the area. We arrived to a beautiful clean condo, furnished very cozy and fully stocked. Every inquiry was almost immediately responded to. They even anticipated the need of A/C due to uncommonly warm weather and installed two units during our stay. Mind you, this was even before we thought about the need for it. Our stay in Vermont was EPIC! A lot of it can be attributed to our wonderfully attentive hosts. What a lovey, comfortable and welcoming home! We had a lovely summer visit and couldn’t have enjoyed the home any more. The space was perfect for our group of eight. Plenty of areas to relax after time spent hiking, swimming at the pool and exploring the mountains. Dan and Holly were incredibly hosts making communication, check in and check out as easy as possible. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful condo , has everything you will need ! Kitchen is great. Complex has outdoor heated pool down the road and large hot tub but they do close in the summer at 430p. Indoor pool not open during our stay. There is a fire pit but you need to req. it 24 hours prior to use ( we did but never could get someone to light it) . Nice area , pretty places to explore . Def. rent the ATVs in town, so fun!!!

I couldn't recommend this stay more! Awesome location with a great view of Sunrise Mountain. I came with my family and as a group of 6, we had plenty of space and plenty to do. 3 of our members were high-school aged and they loved the play room in the basement and spent hours playing Mrs. PacMan and air hockey. The pool was easy to get to and the trails were awesome. Perfect place to take your family exploring. It was an awesome summer getaway!
Now as hosts, Dan & Holly were very communicative and quick to respond! We ended up going on a short hike to thundering falls per their recommendation and really felt taken care of! I definitely would recommend!
