The cell service for us was challenging. We are from the south and weren't expecting it, but the hosts had emailed me everything needed in one message prior to arrival so I had all necessary instructions already downloaded in messages. This was a tremendous blessing. Once you get in the condo all works great on wifi. Also could be contributed to our cell provider. My advice, just have all instructions from the hosts saved offline. Honestly, the view is so peaceful and therapeutic.There is plenty to do around the area,mountain biking, going into town to enjoy the restaurants, watching glass blowing, walking along the river, or even exploring places like Thundering Brook Falls. But honestly, if you didn't want to do any of that, you could just stay home and relax and watch TV. There was a warmth to their place that was unusual and we felt very peaceful there. The view is stunning and we loved the screen door leading onto the balcony and being able to open the sliding doors in the bedroom since it was cooler when we were there. They do have a quiet fan in the living area and an AC in the bedroom which we did not need to use. They respond almost immediately. Everything we needed and more was there. They’re very attentive to detail and have a personal approach unlike some in our experience that are purely businesslike and impersonal. We did have groceries so didn’t have to get out but the store is about 15 minutes away. We walked to the pool and fitness center from their place and outdoor common area. It was very quiet. They were also very gracious when I had trouble getting the extended-stay online to work. The kitchen was well-laid out with a newer stove and fridge, and we liked that it was open to the living room over the breakfast bar. The bathroom was really nice, with good storage, good water pressure in the shower, and a great, deep jacuzzi tub. The bedroom had good storage and a very comfortable bed. The curtains were not blackout, so the sun was pretty bright at 6:30 am. There was a portable air conditioning unit right next to the bed, so we couldn't leave it on all night, but it cooled down the room enough to shut it off overnight. The building with the cafe and gym was closed, but we had full access to the really nice, clean outdoor pool and huge hot tub.
