Dan and Holly’s place was in the perfect location, close to the mountain on the access road. The house is extremely spacious and the room situation couldn’t be better, with every bedroom having its own bathroom. Highly recommend!

We were a group of 3 families with kids ages 9-12 and Red Bear was perfect for our gathering. The property was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were all very clean and comfortable. All are en suites which made getting ready very easy despite being a big group. The common areas were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed including spices, oils, and creamer/sweeteners for coffee. Communication was excellent and they were promptly responsive to any questions we had. We skied each day and the bus does go right by the property but we had a few non-skiers in our group and opted to have them shuttle us back and forth which was convenient with the mountain so close (just a few minutes drive to the base). It was also walking distance to the market and restaurants which we took advantage of. I would definitely recommend this property for a group and we’re already looking forward to a similar reunion next year.

We really liked Dan & Holly’s place because it’s close to the market, restaurants, spa, and the ski slopes. The 6 en-suite rooms worked very well for our group of 13, and the open kitchen/dining room/living room was great for social time in the evenings. We were short on clothes hangers in a couple rooms, but Dan & Holly were very responsive and brought some more right away!

Dan and Holly were amazing hosts. They were consistently responsive and helpful. The house is great for groups, with perfectly clean rooms and en-suite bathrooms. The house is also perfectly situated in the middle of killington. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes (we loved Sunup Bakery), and bars.

We had a bachelorette weekend at Dan and Holly's house. It was perfect! We all had the space we needed for sleeping. It was amazing that each room had it's own bathroom. This made all of the girls in the house very happy. We all had room to get ready without being on top of each other. The first level is so open with lots of space for a big group to hang out. We were very happy with this place!

This was the perfect house configuration for our family and friends. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which was fantastic. The host was very prompt when I had a question. The response was almost immediate. The location of the house was perfect for us traveling to the mountain for skiing.

Great spot for our large group (12). The two floor split creates a HUGE amount of space. All rooms are upstairs and their own bathrooms, which was a major plus for us. The downstairs open space and kitchen area was great too. All in all, perfect.

I feel like the RedBearInn is the perfect place to stay for so many reasons....the comfort, the distance to the mountain and the many places to eat in the area were well worth the cost of our stay. Especially each bedroom having its own bathroom was great! Everyone had their own comfortable space and it was equally as comfortable when we all came together downstairs where we had 4 living areas to choose from. Plenty of space for our children, grandchildren, significant others and our dog....who also happens to be a special part of our family. Thank you Dan & Holly for your hospitality! You are fabulous hosts and we hope to be able to return next year for our annual ski trip!

This was a great find for a group of friends, now with some spouses and kids, to get back together. It was comfortable and homey in the common areas while at the same time the en suite bedrooms provided privacy not found in most “house” rentals. It worked out great and all my guests were happy. The spa access was a bonus amenity although not on site.

We had a group of older adults and everyone loved the house. The location was close to all that we wanted to do. The price was reasonable for the location and accomodations. Having access to an indoor pool in March in Vermont was a bonus! Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again

What an amazing location and house for our guest. Right in the middle of all the Killington action and still a quiet environment. Plenty of bedrooms and space for all guest. Each bedroom has its own bathroom too. Class A rental all the way and will be back here again.

Dan & Holly were great host! They were responsive and very accommodating to my early check in request. I loved how centralized their home was from the mountains, restaurants, and bars. My friend and I had a great time and would 10/10 recommend their home to anyone with a large group. The en suite bathrooms were a huge plus for each room as none of us felt like we had to wait.

Our family and friends really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were comfortable and having a private bathroom for each room is very nice.
The common area and kitchen was great for family meals and gatherings either together or in small seating groups.

Our family came to Vermont for my niece’s wedding. As we are scattered around the US, we don’t get together too often. This was a brief moment in time that we were able to create memories. The property was spacious, clean ,& very comfortable for all to relax. Zach was very personable when accommodating us with an iron. We would stay there again.

We had a great time in Killington! Dan & Holly’s place was perfect for a large group of extended family. Each room having its own en-suite bathroom was essential. The kitchen and communal space is huge and easily accommodated the full group. The kitchen is set up for a crowd with the commercial fridge/freezer and counter space.
Dan and Holly were very communicative both before and during the trip. They’ve put together a very thoughtful and thorough guide to the property and the local area - so helpful! We’d gladly stay here again.

Great location on the main strip! Close to the mountain and restaurants. Central location for large gatherings as there is a large kitchen and plenty of space to entertain. We stayed at Dan & Holly’s this past weekend with a group of friends and we will definitely be coming back! The location can’t be beat, the lodging was perfect and Dan and Holly were such welcoming, communicative hosts. We very comfortably fit a large group, made great use of the well stocked kitchen and everyone having their own en suite bathroom made such a difference. Can’t recommend this enough!

We feel so lucky to have found Dan and Holly’s place. It was perfect for our group’s ski weekend. The unit is under 5 mins from the mountain and comfortably fit our group of 14! The beds are incredibly soft and the en-suite bathrooms make a great set up for a group with multiple couples. The kitchen is well stocked, so we were easily able to make dinner for our large group. We also enjoyed their selection of puzzles and games. We had a minor issue accessing the dumpster and Dan and Holly responded in minutes! We had a fantastic stay and will come back again if we’re in the Killington area again.

This place was great - we had a big group with multiple families and age groups and there was a spot for everyone to hang out and not be on top of each other! Kitchen was perfect for cooking for a big crew and each room having a bathroom was game-changing! Dan and Holly were so nice and helpful and checked in all along the way (and at one point the whole mountain lost power and they made sure to check on us and update us on when power was expected back on.
We will definitely be looking to book again!!

Dan & Holly’s home was perfect for our group of 2 families. The house was large, spotless, and full of amenities for our group. We were most impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was (we were able to make a lovely, large meal one night) and everything in the home was new - the bathrooms, the appliances, the linens, etc. Dan & Holly were always helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this home.

Very great experience! The house very suit for people who wants to ski at Killington with large group! Only 3-5mins drive to mountain base. Every room has bathroom and have enough space to have fun on first floor. Dan and Holly very helpful and nice. Recommend for sure. Will choose here again if we have chance!

We loved Dan & Holly's place. Loved the open and spacey public areas and multiple sitting areas. Very well stocked kitchen. Lovely bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, very comfortable beds. This place was amazing! The best part was each bedroom has a bathroom! Large, open layout makes it spread out but cozy. The hosts were extra responsive and kind. Dan and Holly were amazing hosts. They accommodated our last minute rental requests and even tried to find us a place to stay the night before red bear inn is available. My son had a cold and needed to get off the ski slopes earlier. Dan and Holly allowed us to check in as soon as cleaners finished cleanings. The rooms are clean and the beddings are fresh. We are two families with young kids and everyone had a great time. It is 3 minutes drive to killington and there is a ramen shop in the same building. Super convenient location.

I highly recommend this place AND the hosts Dan & Holly. They were extremely helpful, nice and friendly. I asked for other listings that they have because that’s how much I enjoyed being their guests. Not only was it clean, it was also cute and perfect for our group. The hosts was so attentive and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. The rooms were so cute and the beds were extremely comfortable after a long day of skiing. The instructions were clear and very detailed. Any questions I had during the trip, they were responsive immediately. This location was great because it was close to everything. 5 minutes from the mountains and across the street from nightlife. We were driving distance from the ski rentals shop as well as a mini supermarket. Also, they wrote a cute little note with mini gifts to welcome my stay!!
Don’t hesitant to book with Dan and Holly because they were by far the most enjoyable and the absolute best hosts I’ve ever had! HIGHLY recommend!!
