Pico Pines is located at the base of Pico Mountain, making it an excellent location for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and enjoying everything the Killington area has to offer. You’ll be close to the slopes while also having easy access to Killington restaurants, shops, and attractions.
There is a bus that runs from building D to the Killington Resort and Rutland, VT. Having a vehicle is recommended. There are EV charges next to building D.
No pets allowed due to HOA rules.
Guests are asked to remove shoes and outdoor footwear inside the condo.
Please use the ski storage and drying areas for wet gear.
Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please use the provided makeup towels for makeup removal.
Before checkout, please close and lock all windows and doors.
After using the washing machine or dishwasher, please leave the door slightly open to help the interior dry.
