Welcome to PicoBear, your little den for mountain days.

Set at the base of Pico Mountain, this one-bedroom condo brings the ski setting into your getaway from the moment you arrive. Spend the day finding your favorite runs, then settle in for an evening by the fire.

The living room invites you to kick off your boots and stretch out on the sectional. A wood-burning fireplace makes chilly evenings especially cozy, while the TV offers an easy way to wind down. Step onto your private balcony for a little fresh mountain air before dinner.

The full kitchen gives you the freedom to start with breakfast at home, pack snacks for the day or cook a favorite meal together.

Sleeping arrangements:

• Bedroom: One queen bed

• Living room: One sofa bed

• Maximum occupancy: Four guests

The separate bedroom gives couples a comfortable retreat, while the living-room sofa bed accommodates additional guests. There is one full bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

Wi-Fi and on-site parking round out the practical comforts.

MOUNTAIN ACCESS

This condo is located at Pico Mountain. Ski access depends on snow coverage, open terrain and lift operations. Pico generally closes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with selected holiday and school-vacation exceptions. Please check the resort’s operating calendar for your dates.

POOL AND FITNESS CENTER

Pico Fitness Center offers a shared indoor lap pool, gym and sauna. Admission is included with your stay and is subject to the facility’s hours, capacity and reservation requirements. These facilities are operated independently of Killington Mountain Homes.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

This is a one-bedroom condo. Guests using the sofa bed sleep in the living room.
