Wake up at the base of Pico, pull on your boots, and be on the snow in minutes. PICO de Gallo is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath slopeside condo for up to 8, with two queen suites, a bunk room with four twin beds, a wood-burning fireplace, a private balcony facing Pico’s A-Slope, in-unit laundry, a ski locker, and built-in boot-and-glove dryers. It is a cozy, practical home base for families and ski crews—just a short drive from Killington Resort and Killington Road.

Welcome to PICO de Gallo—your slopeside den at Pico Mountain.

This thoughtfully renovated condo was made for the full rhythm of a mountain day: easy mornings, dry gear, and cozy evenings together after the lifts close.

Enter through a gear-ready mudroom with custom storage, generous hanging space, and built-in dryers for wet boots and gloves. A keyed ski and snowboard locker just outside the condo gives your group a convenient place to store equipment without carrying it through the living space.

The remodeled kitchen has everything you need for first-chair breakfasts, après-ski snacks, and relaxed dinners at home. A breakfast bar connects the kitchen to the open living and dining area, making it easy for everyone to spend time together.

The living room centers around a wood-burning fireplace—the perfect place to warm up, watch a movie, or enjoy hot chocolate after a day outside. From the living area, step onto the private balcony overlooking Pico’s famous A-Slope and take in a close-up view of the mountain.

Sleeping arrangements

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed and en-suite full bathroom

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed and en-suite full bathroom

• Bedroom 3: Two twin-over-twin bunk beds, sleeping four

The two queen suites give couples or parents their own comfortable retreats, while the bunk room makes an ideal setup for children, teens, or friends traveling together.

You will also have an in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, television, heat, and the everyday essentials needed for a comfortable Vermont getaway.

PICO de Gallo is compact, well designed, and especially convenient for two families, two couples traveling with children, or a ski group of up to eight guests.

Guests have private use of the entire three-bedroom condo, including:

• Private balcony overlooking Pico’s A-Slope

• In-unit washer and dryer

• Custom gear-storage and drying area

• Keyed ski and snowboard locker outside the condo

• Community parking near the building

PICO de Gallo is located on the second level of the building. Detailed arrival, parking, and entry instructions will be provided before check-in.

The Pico Fitness Center is nearby but is included with the reservation. Guests may use our day pass directly from Killington Mountain Homes, subject to operating hours, and availability.

PICO de Gallo is professionally managed by Killington Mountain Homes, a local hospitality team based in the Killington area.

Please review these details before booking:

No air conditioning: PICO de Gallo does not have air conditioning. This is common in Vermont mountain properties, but guests visiting during warmer summer weather should plan accordingly.

Seasonal ski access: Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow conditions, open terrain, lift operations, and Pico Mountain’s operating calendar. Pico’s schedule may differ from Killington Resort’s schedule, and the mountain may have midweek or seasonal closures.

Wood-burning fireplace: Please use the fireplace only in accordance with the posted instructions. Fires must never be left unattended and must be fully extinguished before leaving the condo or going to sleep.

Bunk beds: The upper bunks are accessed by ladders. Children should be supervised, and the upper bunks may not be appropriate for very young children.

Private balcony: Children must be supervised whenever using the balcony.

Fitness center, pool, and sauna: These are located at the separately operated Pico Fitness Center. Access is included with the rental. Hours, rates, amenities, and closures are controlled by Pico and may change.

Mountain conditions: Weather, trail conditions, lift operations, and resort services are outside the host’s control. Guests should check the current mountain report and consider travel insurance for winter trips.

Transportation: A vehicle is recommended. Scheduled public bus service connects Pico, Killington, and Rutland on certain dates, but guests should confirm the current schedule before relying on it.
