Welcome to Peak-a-Bear—your top-floor mountain den at the base of Killington.

This cozy one-bedroom condo combines a front-row mountain setting with the convenience of staying in Mountain Green’s main amenities building. The top-floor location, vaulted ceiling, skylight, and oversized windows make the living area feel bright and open, while the private balcony gives you sweeping views of Killington’s slopes and the surrounding Green Mountains.

After a day of skiing, biking, hiking, or exploring Vermont, settle into the living room for a relaxed evening. The sofa converts into a bed for two additional guests, and the television provides an easy place to unwind with a movie or your favorite streaming entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

• Full-size refrigerator

• Stovetop and oven

• Microwave

• Dishwasher

• Cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils

Enjoy meals together at the dining table, or step outside and pull up a chair at the balcony’s fold-down viewing bar. It is an especially memorable place for morning coffee, après-ski drinks, or watching the mountain change colors at sunset.

The condo also includes a full bathroom, WiFi, heat, elevator access, and convenient shared laundry facilities within the building.

At approximately 700 square feet, Peak-a-Bear is best suited for a couple, a small family, or up to four guests who value location, views, and resort amenities over a large amount of interior space.

Guests have private use of the entire condo and its balcony.

Your stay also includes access to Mountain Green’s shared resort amenities, including:

• Heated indoor saltwater pool

• Two indoor hot tubs

• Two dry saunas

• Steam room

• Fitness center

• Seasonal heated outdoor pool

• Seasonal propane grills and outdoor gathering areas

• Shared building laundry

• Luggage carts

The indoor pool, hot tubs, saunas, steam room, and fitness center are located inside Building 3—the same building as Peak-a-Bear. Resort RFID cards are required to enter controlled amenities and will be provided according to the arrival instructions.

Peak-a-Bear also includes one assigned covered garage space. The garage has limited vertical clearance of 6 feet and may not accommodate lifted vehicles, oversized SUVs, vehicles with tall roof racks, or some rooftop cargo boxes. Additional outdoor resort parking may be available in designated areas.

Please park only in the assigned garage space or a clearly designated guest area. Mountain Green’s garage spaces are individually assigned, and vehicles parked in another unit’s space may be towed.

The seasonal on-site restaurant and bar, ski and snowboard shop, sundries vending, and spa are also located within the Mountain Green complex. Restaurant, shop, spa, and other commercial services operate independently and may require separate payment.

Peak-a-Bear is professionally managed by Killington Mountain Homes, a local Killington hospitality team.

We respect your privacy and will not interrupt your stay, but our team is nearby and available by phone or message when assistance is needed. Detailed arrival, parking, amenity-access, and entry instructions will be provided before check-in.

Our goal is to give you an easy arrival, a clean and welcoming condo, and the local support needed for a memorable Vermont mountain getaway.

Please read these important details before booking.

Mountain Green construction: Mountain Green is in the middle of a multi-year capital-improvement project involving roofs, siding, balconies, building systems, and infrastructure. Guests may encounter scaffolding, construction equipment, temporary pedestrian-route changes, or daytime construction noise in portions of the complex. The location and timing of work may change. We will share material updates provided to us before your arrival, but the project is controlled by the condominium association rather than by Killington Mountain Homes.

Shared amenities: Pools, hot tubs, saunas, the steam room, fitness center, outdoor areas, grills, shuttle, and other common facilities are managed by Mountain Green. Hours and availability may change because of maintenance, construction, weather, staffing, or association decisions.

Seasonal shuttle: The free Mountain Green shuttle generally operates between the complex and Snowshed during the winter ski season. It does not operate year-round, and the schedule is subject to resort and association operations.

Seasonal restaurant and bar: The on-site Cluckin’ Cafe operates seasonally. Please confirm current days and hours rather than planning your stay around guaranteed on-site dining.

Seasonal outdoor amenities: The outdoor pool and shared propane grills are seasonal. There is no advertised private grill on the condo’s balcony.

Garage clearance: The assigned covered parking space is convenient, but the garage has limited clearance of 6 feet. Guests arriving with a lifted vehicle, rooftop box, tall van, or oversized SUV should plan to use approved outdoor parking.

Accessibility: An elevator serves the top floor, but the condo is not represented as wheelchair accessible or ADA compliant.

Mountain operations: Lift operations, trail access, snow conditions, mountain biking, golf, and other Killington activities are controlled by Killington Resort and may be affected by season, weather, and operating schedules.

Travel insurance: Vermont winter travel can be unpredictable. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance and arrive with a vehicle and tires appropriate for current conditions.
