House Rules: - Please keep ski, snowboard, and outdoor equipment in the spacious entry areas. - The bunk beds (should you choose to use them) have attached ladders to access the top level. In renting this house, you agree to hold the owner and manager harmless for any injury, other harm, or death resulting from the use of the ladders and bunk beds. - Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable. - Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house. - Use of fireworks is not allowed on this property. - The fire pit must be attended at all times when burning a fire. At the end of its use, extinguish the fire entirely. Your host, Killington Mountain Homes, is pleased to offer a selection of exclusive add-on services available after booking.
