There is a separate entrance to the unit and the driveway is shared, but parking is on one side for this unit. We are local if you need us. The pool, sauna, and gym are all resort amenities provided by the Pico Fitness Center, which is a short drive across the road. They are open 6:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. They provide showers, lockers and a changing room, remember to bring a towel! We were primarily there for some hiking and found a number of trails a short distance from the house. Downtown Killington is only few minutes away. Rutland (for more stores and food) was only 15 minutes away.Other things to note - For travelers with pets, bring a dog bed. Also note that the apartment is part of a larger home. It has its own entrance with plenty of privacy. This place was really clean, and really close to both Pico (literally across the street) and Killington (10 minute drive) ski areas. Dan & Holly were great hosts- very easy to reach and responsive. If you are a group of four, the pull out sofa is a bit small/tight for two adults. Dan and Holly had an air mattress as well - so we used that the second night. Nice fireplace! They also provided a guide/website w local restaurant recs and info on the area! We were located less than 10 min away from killington resort which was perfect because you can grab breakfast and shop at many places without going to far out of the way. The home is lighted very well and clean. Only compliant was we didn’t get to stay longer, had to come home for the Bills game. Definitely would come again! - Cory Posted on 12/17/2023
