Big Bear Chalet- Hot tub, pool table, near resort!

The Big Bear Chalet was one of the best Airbnb’s stays I have had. From the beginning to the end of our stay everything was perfect. The jacuzzi and sauna were a very pleasant addition to our stay. We are looking forward to staying here in the future. Thank you for a great weekend from our entire group!

Holly and Dan have such a beautiful space! The property is quiet and peaceful, overlooking the mountains. It is close to Killington resort but secluded. The hot tub was a huge hit in our group! The fully stocked kitchen made it super easy to cook family-style dinners. There was plenty of room to spread out, but also lots of spaces for intimate gatherings. Thank you Holly and Dan for a great stay!

Dan & Holly’s place is great, and so are they. They’re very responsive and helpful. We had one small issue that they rectified immediately. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place for a group near Killington!

Holly communicated with us throughout our trip, helping when needed & also helped sort out the firewood situation that there was some confusion about. We thought the wood was provided for the wood burning fireplace but it is not. They offer $12 camp bundles or the Killington Market had $10 bundles to purchase as well. I think the $12 bundles have a little bit more wood in them and maybe more worth the price FYI.
They welcomed us with the cutest arrangement of gifts and a note from Killington Mountain Homes (which I believe is managed and/or owned by Dan & Holly).
A few things need some updating in the home like the windows (if you open them, very hard to close again) & the pool table and cues were beat up but don’t let that deter you. There were some lady bugs and a couple of other bugs around the home also but that’s expected while being in the middle of the woods in Vermont.
It was overall a beautiful stay and a really nice place! We loved the hot tub and views from the house!! ❤

We had a great stay here. The home is truly massive (5k sqft) so we had tons of space for the 6 of us. House is super well equipped with monitors, spices and basically everything else you need. We would come back

Dan and Holly are great hosts. They were proactive and quick to respond. The house is unique and well kept. Plenty of room for families to come together or to spread out. Private, quiet and close enough to restaurants and the mountain.

This house was absolutly amazing! There was nothing it didn't have. Great location to Killington ski resort just 12 min. away. The host made sure the driveway and all the walkways were plowed and salted every day. The views were spectacular out the kitchen window. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a get away in Killington!!
