Great place to stay! Beautiful views and lots of space! There is a spiral staircase up to the upper bedroom—hot tub was AMAZING! Highly recommend especially for large group! We had 12 of us for a bachelorette party and it was perfect!

Dan & Holly were incredible hosts—this stay set the bar for future Airbnb trips.
I booked their home for my best friend’s bachelorette, and it was perfect. Everyone had a comfortable bed (a huge win for a group), and the space was thoughtfully designed with the coziest, most welcoming vibes. It’s the kind of place where you instantly relax and settle in for a weekend you don’t want to end.
The hot tub was amazing, and the views were absolutely stunning—waking up to that scenery felt like a dream.
Their communication was exceptional. They checked in throughout our stay, shared great local tips, and made sure we had everything we needed while still giving us space.
The location was also super convenient, with easy access to bars and shuttle services.
We made the best memories here and would 100% book again! 💫

We stayed here in March 2026 for our extended families ski vacation. The home was less than 5 minutes to the hill, with lots of space for a large family. We really enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the hill after a long day of skiing, and the large kitchen living space was fantastic for us. We will be returning for sure! Dan and Holly se portaron excelente, estuvieron atentos todo el tiempo y resolvieron las situaciones que surgieron. La vista está espectacular y el jacuzzi increíble.
En general los espacios están muy bien, solo el cuarto de las literas y el de la cama doble están muy justos de espacio. La recámara principal está impresionante y con unas vistas inigualables.
La casa está muy bien ubicada, solo que si son un grupo tan grande como el nuestro (12 pax) si podría recomendarles otra propiedad como bear force one de ellos mismos, muy del estilo pero mucho más amplia.

Holly & Dan, have been the best host from my experience with Airbnb. They answered all questions before, during and after stay in a reasonable time. Home was absolutely stunning and perfect view of Killington Mountain Ski Trails. The Kitchen has everything needed to make proper meals. Bathrooms clean stocked with towels and bathing essentials. Washer and Dryer available so no need to pack heavy. Bedrooms beautiful and inviting. The hot tub is the icing on the cake.
As 7 adults vacationing this was a perfect Airbnb vacation home. We enjoyed our time and stay. We would choose this home again when visiting Killington in the future. Thank you for everything, Holly & Dan.

If you want a great location, and view of the mountain, along with easy access to all the restaurants, then this is a home to consider. We had 7 adults plus 2 grandkids and could not have felt more at home. The view from the upstairs bedroom is stunning. The hot tub was a real treat after each day of skiing. And the Ms PAC Man game stole the show!!! Hosts are incredibly responsive and very considerate of our needs. We’ll be back!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Bear Watch! The location is excellent, just a few minute drive to the K-1 lodge and minutes from our favorite restaurants and bars. The view of Killington from the back of the house is beautiful as well. One of our favorite perks was relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of skiing.The house was well equipped and had everything you need for a relaxing trouble-free stay including paper goods, nice bedding and extra towels for the hot tub.I highly recommend this home for a family getaway!!

My girlfriend and I came here during early November and it was everything we were looking for and more. The views are spectacular and the place itself is very nice. Dan & Holly do a great job of communicating and the house had everything we needed. The hot tub is a nice touch in front of the view. The living room area is nice as well. The main bedroom upstairs with the best view is very cool. Probably the best part of the house. The only kind suggestion we have is to get a headboard for that bed to look at the view more comfortably! Other than that, this place was awesome.
Definitely could see this being a great spot for a group as well. Need to come back for the Pacman record. Great spot overall - definitely recommend and would come back.

We had such a great stay here. The views were beautiful, and the hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were both really easy, which made everything stress-free. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Vermont home! The master bedroom has a spectacular view of the mountains—truly breathtaking to wake up to. This place was perfect for our group of 10. Lots of nice touches like a WELL stocked kitchen, grill with full propane tanks, separate towels for messes, well appointed laundry products. There is nothing like showing up to a place but not having everything you need to use the amenities. Dan and Holly’s place felt very well thought in that respect. The upstairs bedroom was a knockout! Probably too many amazing things to list. We’ve stayed in another place if there is and had a great experience there as well. I don’t think you can go wrong with these guys!

I use this rental platform regularly, and I can say that this was one of my favorite stays! The place was beautiful, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The fire-pit was wonderful and the view was stunning! We were a group of 11, ranging from just over 1 year old to just over 71 years old. There was something to please everyone! Dan and Holly were very responsive and helpful during our stay! They answered almost immediately and the kitchen is stocked with anything you may need to cook. The beds were very comfortable and being able to control the temperature of rooms was great. They were very helpful with suggestions on what to do in the area and my friend had an amazing time celebrating her bachelorette. The weather wasn’t the nicest but between the hot tub and all the games they have on hand, we had a blast even when staying in! The house has insane views and is very close to restaurants, bars, and gas stations. Would absolutely recommend this home!

It was a 40th birthday trip and they went above and beyond by having it decorated (we didn’t ask them to) and even left a care package. Loved their place. It was beautiful and the hot tub was amazing, the powered cover was an added bonus. Just know that the only way to the main bedroom, with the most amazing view, was via a very narrow spiral staircase. So I wasn’t able to bring my suitcase upstairs. But their place is centrally located and I would not hesitate to stay there again!!

We had a great stay at BearWatch over the busy February break. We were two families of five. The kids and adults enjoyed the house equally. The hot tub was lovely and has great views of the mountain. The location is excellent and has close proximity to the mountain and the bars & restaurants. A great place to stay in Killington.

Bear Watch was a great spot for a week of skiing and boarding at Killington. 5 minutes from the house to K1 or Ramshead, and the views of the mountain were awesome. The hot tub was clean and great for relaxing after a day on the mountain. The driveway is a steep climb out, so AWD is a must for this house, but it was quickly cleared by a plow during snowfalls while we were out on the slopes. The home was a great find, and we definitely recommend it for anyone looking to get a week away at Killington.

i’ve had the pleasure of staying in a lot of Airbnb‘s over the years around the Vermont area and I have to say this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Dan and Holly‘s house is better than the photos. The views are stunning. The house is kept in excellent condition. The kitchen is phenomenal, especially for large gatherings, and the hosts are warm and inviting. Would love to go back again as soon as possible and cannot recommend them enough!

We had a lovely stay at BearWatch! Our family of 9 fit comfortably. During a snowy cold weekend in January BearWatch was a welcome cozy retreat! We enjoyed lively fires in the beautiful stone hearth. Thanks for the provided wood!
There was plenty of room to spread out on the sectionals for game night.
The kitchen was spacious and easy to cook in and the grill ready to use. Thank you for the gift of local coffee to start our morning.
The hot tub was clean and an added bonus after a day of skiing.
Location was perfect for a quick run to the store, restaurants, and Killington was less than 10 minutes away.
The views from the upstairs bedroom were incredible.
Bathrooms were updated , clean and plenty of towels were provided.
The driveway got a bit dicey for some in the party , but everyone was able to make it up and down.
Hosts were super responsive with any questions we had!
I’d definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

Master Suite is awesome with great views! House clean and has all amenities as expected. Dan & Holly very responsive - we did not need much, but they helped with lift tickets at 1am. Location is great, near restaurants, ski rentals, and lifts.

My family (+ extended) of 9 adults and 3 small children celebrated Christmas Day at Dan and Holly’s place and it was awesome!
The house is plenty spacious and was comfortable for all pairings of bedrooms to families (couple with 2 children, couple with 1 child, couple without children and 2 twenty something’s).
Killington mountain feels like it’s in your backyard and is a very short drive (<10 mins). We opted to ski at Pico and it was absolutely wonderful as there was fresh snow and almost no one at the mountain.
The kitchen had felt everything we needed to prepare all meals and food markets were nearby.
The hot tub was a great touch for end of day relaxation.
I would absolutely come back again but would love to try it in the summer.

My family stayed here for the weekend and had a delightfully pleasant stay. Communication with the host was excellent. They responded quickly to all our questions in preparation of our stay and during it. The actual accommodations were superb. The house was stocked with all essentials: flour, oil, sugar, spices, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, and so on. The kitchen was even equipped with quality cookwares like All Clad and Caraway. The bedrooms were all comfortable with convenient outlets for easy device charging. The hot tub was a group treasure with members of our party rating it an 11/10. All of this combined with a stunning view made for a wonderful stay that has us looking forward to returning.

Wonderful cabin for a group of cycling friends. The best part is the gorgeous back deck with the hot tub, the large communal table and the view!!! Beds were comfy and clean, plenty of bathrooms and places to work and read and chill. Well stocked kitchen. Excellent location for biking, hiking and very close to the ice-cream shop. There was a lovely welcome note with some treats upon arrival. We will def be back!

If you want a great view with great location to town, this is your place. The kiddos loved the hot tub and we loved the Master Suite. Exquisite setup with large windows with King bed that makes you feel like you are sleeping under the stars. Fully loaded with all necessary and expected amenities. Had a terrific stay.

Dan & Holly’s home is a beautiful home whether you are leaf peeping in the fall, skiing in the winter or doing hikes or off-roading in the summer. They were excellent hosts to me and my group of friends. We were gifted Vermont maple syrup , a deck of cards some magnets and stickers. They responded promptly and timely. They had a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes cooking bowls and pans which I was worried about making a big meal for a large group. The back porch overseeing the mountains from a distance never got old. The hot tub was great and I’m sure even better after a long day of skiing. Overall I will be planning on being back here in the winter. This is a beautiful place

Great property for a big group. Dan & Holly are extremely responsive and detailed in their communication prior to booking and during the stay.
I considered a few properties they manage and they were willing to consider my needs.
This property is much bigger than I needed but I selected it for the location of views from within the property and specific floorplan details I knew I’d enjoy while working/studying. The bedroom views can also be enjoyed from the (sunny) main deck which has a new-premium hot tub + outdoor dining — this area is accessible from both the living area and the kitchen/dining which makes the entire indoor/outdoor space feel very connected.
Couples will enjoy the option of 2 masters — the main level en suite bedroom has its own private deck (a nice trade off for the couple that doesn’t get the view).
It’s a great property for entertaining as well as solitude (without being too remote). I anticipate that Dan & Holly’s properties will be consistent so I’ll book again

Exactly as pictured, and better yet the beds were comfortable which is not always the case! They were extremely responsive, we noticed there weren’t any scissors and they immediately dropped some off. Hot tub was easy to use, the view was unbeatable. We cooked dinner in Friday, and made breakfast Saturday and Sunday in the kitchen which had nearly everything we could need.

The place was an ideal spot for our family ski trip to Killington. The front door landing area was incredible, with so many hooks to hang clothes and space to get ready or undress upon returning without having to walk through the entire house. There were many games and a hot tub that kept the family busy an happy. The kitchen had everything you could need, plush a modern washer and dryer. If I had to share one critique, it is that to access the top floor bedroom you need to use a spiral staircase. It was a challenge to carry large luggage up to the top, but manageable. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Killington.

Dan was extremely responsive since time of booking! Very easy to checkin and even easier to checkout! No huge cleaning checklist just what you expect like garbage and separating the used towels.
The house is well stocked with all your kitchen necessities! Even a coffee grinder!!!
I highly suggest this place for anyone wanting to relax. Great for 2 families with kids!

A group of friends and myself stayed here for a long weekend. Dan and holly were able to accommodate an early check in and responded to any questions I had within minutes. Holly and Dan graciously left us a handful of very nice local treats and gifts upon arrival . Views were incredible, house was in a very convenient place and walking distance to town. They were super responsive and very friendly. House was super unique and set up for a great time for guests. One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at . They actually have great pots and pans, and cooking utensils (we cooked all our meals ) and also had a good spice drawer , tin foil , plastic wrap etc that most places don't have . There was a brand new Weber grill which was great to grill on. And of course we loved the hot tub on the deck. We will definitely be back!
