Description

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Modern details and amenities combine with a classic alpine feel to create the perfect stay for your vacation. In the warmer months, enjoy the nearby Killington golf course or spend time with the family in the community pool. Located along the shuttle route, skiers and riders can arrive at base areas in minutes. At the end of a long day of adventures, curl up in front of the fireplace and enjoy the sunset views.

Leave your skis and boards in the included ski locker. Take the elevator to the fifth floor and walk into a newly renovated corner unit with views from two sides. The entrance has a bench and hooks for coats. Beyond that, enjoy a lovely open concept kitchen, dining and living room. Turn on the easy to operate electric fire which generates heats and crackles in the background. A large Roku TV can be used to stream all your channels. Down the hall, you will find three bedrooms, each with luxury mattresses and 600 thread count cottons linens and down blankets. Every bed has two pillows to choose from to ensure a wonderful sleep. One bedroom has a king, the second bedroom has a bunk and a single, the third bedroom has two single beds. Across the hall from the bedrooms are two clean and renovated full bathrooms.

In the warm months, the outdoor pool is open with fire pit, BBQ grills and outdoor dining.

Mountain Green Resort is centrally located across from the Killington Snowshed upper parking lot for base lodge access. It is also adjacent to the Killington Golf Course.

You will get a code to your private condo and the condo has a shared pool, hot tubs, saunas and gym.

Our team is local, so reach out if you have questions as needed.

Located close to everything in the Mountain Green Condos. Shuttle or walk to the lifts, walk to the Killington Golf Course, bike to the lifts, walk to the store or restaurant.

The pools, hot tub, gym, shuttle and shared facilities are run by the condo association and subject to closure at any time. Guests can check the Mountain Green Condo webpage at any time to get real time updates.

During Winter Notes:

The condo association may require access to the deck for shoveling purposes during a large snow storm. The shoveling team cannot be refused entry into a unit to shovel the decks when needed.

Fitness Center: Open 24/7 (RFID card access required)

Spa: Open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Outdoor Pool: Open from Memorial Day through the weekend of the Spartan race.

Buildings 1–2 will soon be undergoing window repairs. Building 3 is not affected at this time. Work typically takes place from 7am–5pm through November, and there may be some construction noise and limited parking. The pool and gym are not impacted. Please note that construction schedules vary by unit—see below for the specific dates related to this unit. - August 17th-October 16th

Seven of us spent a long weekend at Dan and Holly’s place and had a great time. We went for the skiing. Loved the daily shuttle that brought us to and from Killington every day. So convenient! Everything went very well here. The condo was clean and all we had lots of room. Having two bathrooms was also very nice. The host was very helpful and corresponded with us quickly for all of our questions. The location was great as the shuttle to the mountain was right outside and storing the skis by the shuttle stop is brilliant. The fitness center was a short walk away from the condo. The laundry facilities in the building were easy to use and using the laundry app was useful for paying and knowing when the laundry was done. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Thank you very much!

Had a great time staying at Dan & Holly’s place! The location is right on the bus route for the Wobbly Barn and Pickle Barrel for those looking for night life. There were plenty of amenities for us to use and were even able to host a 7 person family dinner. The layout was good for our group (7 guys on a ski trip) with each person having their own actual bed. We had one issue with the locks on the door but they responded so fast and got us sorted out it wasn’t an issue at all. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to get away for a ski weekend with friends or family. Thanks, guys! -Jesse

Stayed here with a large group for a golf trip in Killington. It was super convenient for our purposes and very comfortable even for a larger group. The hosts were incredibly communicative and helpful. Everything about the unit itself was fantastic. The only drawback, which likely only impacts stays in the summer months, was the amount of construction going on in the building and in the surrounding areas. Other than that, it was perfect and exactly as described.

Highly recommended. Location was perfect to ski at Killington (5 min from K-1 lodge) The apartment has everything you need and more. We are a family of six and it was perfect for us. Beds are super comfortable, plenty of towels and pillows. The pool/hot tub/gym area it’s absolutely amazing. My children had a blast at the pool while me and my husband worked out and then went to hot tub and sauna. We had a wonderful stay at Bear Trax. The unit is at the mountain end of the building and close to elevator - very convenient and quiet and with nice views. The bed layout was perfect for our group of 7 and everything was clean and comfortable. The Killington shuttle stop was literally 20 steps from the building entrance and a quick 4 minute ride to the Snowshed lifts.

Dan and Holly were great hosts - their home is just as pictured and extremely warm and clean. The location is perfect, minutes from Killington Mountain and Resort as well as all of the main bars and restaurants. They’re super responsive and helpful, and offer great deals on lift tickets. You can also rent equipment for a fraction of the price right on the property at Black Dog Sports. Definitely recommend staying here - we’ll be back for sure

My family and I traveled to Killington for Spartan and Dan & Holly were excellent hosts.
The home was as described, clean, and conveniently located. If anyone in the future is looking for a home close to Killington for the Spartan races, this home is a must! There is a shuttle right in the top parking lot for transportation to the race.
If not utilizing the home for Spartan, Dan & Holly’s listing is a perfect getaway. Essentials are as described. Condo is clean and easily accessible.

Place was clean and roomy, can’t watch any tv unless you have your own logins, there’s some construction going on the roof right now, but it didn’t bother us, pool was excellent, didn’t get to try the sauna and the hot tub, it was closed the day we stayed due to maintenance, great views!

El único inconveniente son las construcciones actuales (que no dependen de ninguna manera del anfitrión) ya que se dificulta el acceso tanto al edificio como a la alberca exterior, sin embargo gracias a las indicaciones precisas y comunicación constante de ellos, todo esto se hizo un inconveniente mas llevadero.
Consideramos que el costo podría ser un poco más bajo debido a las incomodidades que la construcción genera.

This place is a superb location for family skiing. Bus or walking distance to Snowshed and Ramshead lodges. Newly renovated apartment, spotlessly clean. Nice neighbors. Killington is one of the most dog-friendly places I have seen, great for our Service Dog. Dan and Holly were proactive and always extremely responsive. In 15 years of family ski trips we have never stayed at a better place. I would highly recommend it (except for the dates when we want to return, please - LOL).

Dan & Holly's ski condo was the perfect home base for our family ski vacation in Killington, VT. Its convenient location made it easy to get to the slopes. Fully enjoyed our stay- located on the ski shuttle route and the ski lockers were conveniently adjacent to the ski shuttle stop at our building. The kitchen was well stocked and a lot of condiments etc were in the cabinets. The virtual guide contained a lot of info regarding the condo and amenities. Many restaurants and little food markets were less than a 7 minute drive.

Great place to stay for a ski weekend in Killington

Great location! Very clean and organized. Loved that shampoo/conditioner/hand soap and dish washing soap was provided. We didn’t use shuttle service but it seemed pretty easy. Building is a bit outdated but condo was nicely renovated. Ordered from pub in building 3 and it was convenient and good.

Went for a ski weekend, but unfortunately snow conditions were not great. BUT Dan & Holly's accommodation was super comfortable: huge TV to watch college basketball, beds were so easy to fall asleep in, and the host/hostess were so accommodating - responded quickly to every question and provided some thoughtful, yummy, local gifts!
Also, nice to have shampoo, conditioner and soap provided in the shower.
Hops on the Hill Restaurant across the street - 4 minute walk- was exceptionally good!
The gym (in the same building - also a large ski & rental shop there) was super equipped with everything - so nice!
And the shuttle service was easy and convenient. But actually walked back from the mountain base in ski boots to the condo - maybe 10 minutes - easy peasy.
Thanks again to our hosts - they were super accommodating to ALL of our needs!!

Dan and Holly are excellent hosts! The home was super clean and the location was great just across the street from the ski lodge that we like to use! We walked into the home and were greeted with a nice care package of Vermont coffee, candies, maple syrup and maple popcorn - as well as a gift card to use at local restaurants. That was a great welcome! The beds were comfortable and the linens were top quality — not something you often find at ski rentals!
I had a few questions while I was there and Holly was incredibly responsive and accommodating! My kids and I had a great stay!

Fantastic place and awesome hosts. Two full baths were great and the entire place is well appointed, current and nicely updated. Super easy and enjoyable stay all around. Will definitely be back for next Killington trip.

Extremely helpful and responsive hosts. We had a minor issue and Dan and Holly were quick to address it and accommodate us. The unit is central and minutes from the ski lodge. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend for families visiting Killington region!

Seven of us spent a long weekend at Dan and Holly’s place and had a great time. We went for the skiing. Loved the daily shuttle that brought us to and from Killington every day. So convenient! The place was clean and fit us comfortably. And Dan and Holly were extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend the place.

Everything went very well here. The condo was clean and all we had lots of room. Having two bathrooms was also very nice. The host was very helpful and corresponded with us quickly for all of our questions. The location was great as the shuttle to the mountain was right outside and storing the skis by the shuttle stop is brilliant. The fitness center was a short walk away from the condo. The laundry facilities in the building were easy to use and using the laundry app was useful for paying and knowing when the laundry was done. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Thank you very much!

Had a great time staying at Dan & Holly’s place! The location is right on the bus route for the Wobbly Barn and Pickle Barrel for those looking for night life. There were plenty of amenities for us to use and were even able to host a 7 person family dinner. The layout was good for our group (7 guys on a ski trip) with each person having their own actual bed. We had one issue with the locks on the door but they responded so fast and got us sorted out it wasn’t an issue at all. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to get away for a ski weekend with friends or family. Thanks, guys! -Jesse

We stayed off season for a Spartan race. Condo is spacious, clean, and in an ideal location. Owners are very responsive and reach out prior to your stay to make sure everything is organized for your arrival. Highly recommend!

Our family loved staying at the 'Bear Trax' condo for our annual Killington trip. The space was carefully laid out, clean, and the beds were comfy. We especially enjoyed all the outdoor activities and our family meals together. Thanks for accommodating our summer vacation!

Great location, easily accessible to the bike park. It was under construction but was easy to get around and everything was open. We used all the amenities with no issue and everything was in good shape. The house was easy to get in and out of, plenty of room for our party of 6.

Stayed here with a large group for a golf trip in Killington. It was super convenient for our purposes and very comfortable even for a larger group. The hosts were incredibly communicative and helpful. Everything about the unit itself was fantastic. The only drawback, which likely only impacts stays in the summer months, was the amount of construction going on in the building and in the surrounding areas. Other than that, it was perfect and exactly as described.

Highly recommended. Location was perfect to ski at Killington (5 min from K-1 lodge) The apartment has everything you need and more. We are a family of six and it was perfect for us. Beds are super comfortable, plenty of towels and pillows. The pool/hot tub/gym area it’s absolutely amazing. My children had a blast at the pool while me and my husband worked out and then went to hot tub and sauna. Dan and Holly were great at getting back when any questions… thank you for sharing your place - we had a great vacation!!

We stayed at Dan and Holly’s condo. The accommodations were wonderful with great views and the best location; a 2 minute drive to K-1 lodge and a 5 minute walk to Snowshed. We recommend staying no where else. This place was perfect!

Place was great, clean, lots of towels and linens available for the family. Clean kitchen, stocked with necessities. Hosts were immediately responsive to questions. Spa was new, clean, and very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Bear Trax. The unit is at the mountain end of the building and close to elevator - very convenient and quiet and with nice views. The bed layout was perfect for our group of 7 and everything was clean and comfortable. The Killington shuttle stop was literally 20 steps from the building entrance and a quick 4 minute ride to the Snowshed lifts.

WOW!! Photos do not do this beautiful space justice! We had an amazing time. The beds were super comfortable, lots of space and privacy for everyone, and best of all the location could not be better. The shuttle took us from right outside to the base of the mountain in a minute. Dan & Holly are wonderful and made us feel right at home. Would love to come back and stay again!!

Dan and Holly were great hosts - their home is just as pictured and extremely warm and clean. The location is perfect, minutes from Killington Mountain and Resort as well as all of the main bars and restaurants. They’re super responsive and helpful, and offer great deals on lift tickets. You can also rent equipment for a fraction of the price right on the property at Black Dog Sports. Definitely recommend staying here - we’ll be back for sure

Holly was responsive when issues came up, she was able to find maintenance help super quickly to fix the problem.
Besides this, everything was exactly as pictures. Hosts were providing small welcome gifts to make it feeling cozy like home.

Very cozy and a nice place! Very close to the ski slopes so it made it easy to get to and from everything and a short drive into town. The hosts were very active in getting back to you if you had any questions. Would definitely come back again!

My family and I traveled to Killington for Spartan and Dan & Holly were excellent hosts.
The home was as described, clean, and conveniently located. If anyone in the future is looking for a home close to Killington for the Spartan races, this home is a must! There is a shuttle right in the top parking lot for transportation to the race.
If not utilizing the home for Spartan, Dan & Holly’s listing is a perfect getaway. Essentials are as described. Condo is clean and easily accessible.
Dan & Holly checked in frequently to make sure we were enjoying our stay.
They provide a guide with all the information you need for your stay and more!!

Place was clean and roomy, can’t watch any tv unless you have your own logins, there’s some construction going on the roof right now, but it didn’t bother us, pool was excellent, didn’t get to try the sauna and the hot tub, it was closed the day we stayed due to maintenance, great views!

Gran lugar para tener una estadía familiar, con amenidades en excelentes condiciones. Mi familia y yo lo disfrutamos totalmente. El único inconveniente son las construcciones actuales (que no dependen de ninguna manera del anfitrión) ya que se dificulta el acceso tanto al edificio como a la alberca exterior, sin embargo gracias a las indicaciones precisas y comunicación constante de ellos, todo esto se hizo un inconveniente mas llevadero.
Consideramos que el costo podría ser un poco más bajo debido a las incomodidades que la construcción genera.
En general todo conforme a las fotografías.

This place is a superb location for family skiing. Bus or walking distance to Snowshed and Ramshead lodges. Newly renovated apartment, spotlessly clean. Nice neighbors. Killington is one of the most dog-friendly places I have seen, great for our Service Dog. Dan and Holly were proactive and always extremely responsive. In 15 years of family ski trips we have never stayed at a better place. I would highly recommend it (except for the dates when we want to return, please - LOL).

My family had a wonderful time at this property. We really enjoyed the tasteful furnishings and the beds were very comfortable- especially the super soft blankets! Location is great and we were close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were great and responded very quickly with any questions that we had.

Dan & Holly's ski condo was the perfect home base for our family ski vacation in Killington, VT. Its convenient location made it easy to get to the slopes. The condo was very clean, cozy and well appointed with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the nice linens and comfortable beds. Dan & Holly provided clear instructions for check in and made themselves very accessible if we needed to reach them. We will definitely stay at their condo again the next time we make it up to Killington.

This is a great condo to stay in. Close to the mountain, convenient shuttle service stop outside the building. The building itself is a little dated and the hallways are a bit musty but Dan and Holly’s place is nice. Really appreciated the comfortable beds and an assortment of treats waiting for us when we arrived.

Fully enjoyed our stay- located on the ski shuttle route and the ski lockers were conveniently adjacent to the ski shuttle stop at our building. The kitchen was well stocked and a lot of condiments etc were in the cabinets. The virtual guide contained a lot of info regarding the condo and amenities. Many restaurants and little food markets were less than a 7 minute drive.
Dan and Holly were very responsive when we have a few questions :-).

Dan and Holly’s place was great and super practical! Near the slopes and with easy means of transportation. It had lots of details that show the care they give to the apartment, plus extras for the guests (several towels per person, cotton and makeup pads, soap and shampoo, etc.). They also left us a welcome gift that was very nice. Thank you!

had a great time at dan and Hollys place, had an issue with the hot water, but dan and holly took care of it within the hour, there is construction on the roof, but did not interfere with our stay, couldn't even tell they were there unless you looked

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dan and Holly’s slope side condo. The unit was very close to the Snowshed lodge and walking distance to a few bars and restaurants. The shuttle to the lodge picks up right outside of the building. The unit was nicely updated and the kitchen was very well equipped. Dan and Holly were very responsive with answers to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!
