We had a great stay at Beartopia. House was beautiful with great amenities and bedroom setup for our family. Very spacious and comfortable stay. Hot tub had beautiful views and was perfect after a freezing cold day on the slopes. We would love to stay there again, highly recommend! The only thing to note is the driveway is steep if it’s icy or snowy, so be sure to have the right car to drive up. The driveway was plowed first thing the next morning after a storm so it was taken care of quickly.

The views were amazing. Easy drive over to slopes. Loved the hot tub after the slopes. The lower level room was perfect for storing all the ski equipment; coats/gloves and getting ready to leave for the day to ski. The host checked in with us and was totally responsive to any questions asked. Perfect!!

Dan and Holly's vacation house is perfect for our vacation. It has more than you can think of as a vacation house. It has lots of activities for both adults and kids. More importantly, as we were on a ski trip, the house had a gear room where we could hung our ski clothings and there was also a boot dryer to dry our boots after skiing.
Dan and Holly are super nice that they left some useful tips and small gifts. Highly recommended!!

Property was exactly as described and depicted in photos. King suites were especially spacious and comfortable. We love the proximity to the access road to get to the mountain and restaurants in the evening. Overall the house has everything you need for a cozy stay in the mountains and we will definitely return. Thank you for being such gracious hosts.

Large spacious house. Long list of things we really liked including (but not limited to) a great kitchen fully equipped with the best of everything a group would need, two impressive bedroom suites, great views of the ski mountain, fantastic large hot tub, great laundry, fun game room with pool table & ping pong & more, 2 minute drive to the access road for restaurants and food shopping etc.
Overall a fantastic choice. We would book it again.

This place was perfect for a quick family vacation. We were there just after ski season and the area was pretty quiet, which was just right for us. It's a beautiful home with great views and plenty of space to relax. For those with kids I would point out that the master bedrooms are on the top floor, separate from the two bedrooms with twins and bunks, which are on the first floor. That might be a feature for some people or a concern for those whose children like to be on the same floor as the parents. I think that's just useful information to know. There were a couple of small things when we arrived, but Dan and Holly responded quickly and it was all resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend this home.

We loved our stay here, I have only great things to say. The house was perfect for our group of 8. The access to the mountain and to town is super easy, and everything about the house is as good as it looks in the pictures. Dan/Holly had great communication leading up to and throughout our trip. Beartopia is a beautiful home - lots of space. We are a family of 5 but it would comfortably fit a second family. There is a ping pong table and pool table on the lower level so kids can hang out and not wake the rest of the house. Boot warming machine, too! It’s just great. We plan on coming back!

We had an amazing stay at this Killington Airbnb! The house was cozy and had everything we needed, including an incredible hot tub to unwind after a day out. The view from the property was stunning, adding to the peaceful ambiance. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions, making everything easy and stress-free. Overall, we had wonderful days here and would highly recommend it for a perfect getaway!

Beartopia is the perfect Vermont rental! We came in fall and the views from every room in the house were just amazing. The beds are very comfortable, bathrooms great, and you will find everything you need to make this your home away from home. This house also has the best hot tub I’ve ever been in! The house is secluded, but also in a great location to the Killington resort and all the local restaurants. We are already looking to book a winter getaway here because it’s the perfect house for a family ski trip.

We had the best stay at Beartopia in July! Dan and Holly were extremely responsive and helpful when a different property had to cancel our reservation while we were en route. We lucked out finding this property! 4 adults and 4 children had plenty of space to both spread out and play together. The homeowners have done a wonderful job renovating/decorating and creating a beautiful home. Dan & Holly have provided detailed amenities that made the place feel like a nice hotel and a comfortable home (informative website, welcome treats, bathroom extras). Lots to explore in the summer in Killington - hikes, swimming holes (Buttermilk Falls!), and tons to play in the house (game room basement and hot tub!). We lucked out with cool nights and great mountain breezes flowing through open windows. We loved sitting in the hot tub watching the sun set behind the mountain view. Overall, an incredible stay and we hope to come back again.

This is an amazing Killington ski house. It's spacious, nicely furnished, close to the mountain and well stocked. Some things to know: there are lots of stairs and the driveway is steep. We had a great stay and hope to return again.

Beautiful house right in the heart of Killington Ski area. The house is quite large, well stocked with all that you could need, and looks exactly like the photos. Which, if you rent a lot of houses, you know, that’s rare!  Dan and Holly were super responsive. I got replies within minutes. We had an awesome stay, and we will most certainly be back.

Coming off a WONDERFUL stay over at this incredible home. Exceeded all expectations and ours were high! Home was exactly as pictured - cozy with lots of character and personality but super clean, well decorated and nicely appointed with everything we could need. Plenty of space for two families (four adults and four kids) - 2 nearly identical primary bedrooms was an amazing touch. Ideal location less than 5 mins to the mountain and by lots of restaurants. Dan & Holly were so responsive and checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything - it snowed twice and the driveway was plowed before we needed to leave for ski school at 8am. Views and hot tub were fabulous. Best weekend! We’d love to return. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Modern design and furnishings made this a perfect weekend stay for 8 friends. We stored our skis and boots on the ground floor, enjoyed the kitchen and kids’ rooms on the 1st, and got great rest on the two large bedrooms on the 2nd. The office and workout room is just as pictured - you’ll get inspo for your home after staying here!

Great place for a group get away, spacious clean space. Large game room with table tennis, pool and other games and a sound bar for some amazing quality sound music. Jacuzzi/hot tub was very useful especially during this chilling Vermont weather. In all a place I will highly recommend, amazing views from every floor of the house. Loved the stay. 💯

There is a lot to say about Dan and Holly’s home. It exceeded our expectations. It is a huge beautiful house. Lots of space to hang out and spend time in to. We were their for a very short time, wish we had more times in hand. We would definitely come back to their home if we have another plan.
Very clean organized home with lots of things to do within the house. Everything was present as it was described.
Dan and Holly was always respectful and responsive to our messages. I would highly recommend their place to anyone. Thanks again and hope to see you again.

Dan & Hollys Beartopia was everything we imagined and more. From watching the sunset on the front deck with a view of the mountains to the stunning house and enormous kitchen. Holly had everything you would need. They even provided towels outside the door by the hot tub. There was eight of us that stayed there, we never felt like we wish we brought something that we didn’t have. What we didn’t have, they had for us. They even provided spices for us to use. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and our friends are looking forward to hopefully renting the house again next year for our girls weekend.

My friends and I had a great weekend getaway at Dan & Holly’s place. This house exceeded our expectations with all the little details Dan & Holly thought about. We were welcomed by a nice note and some Vermont maple syrup along with other snacks. The house was clean and more spacious than the photos show. It was stocked with everything you may need in the kitchen along with having a separate set of towels down by the hot tub. They truly thought of it all. We would all stay again as it was a great weekend. The location is close to all the restaurants downtown killington and a short beautiful drive to Woodstock as well.

Private, Cosy place with a great view. You have the entire house. It has a lot of books and games to keep adults and even kids busy. There were decent amenities, and well sufficient, Dan & Holly added personalized touch by including goodies of Vermont and a sweet welcome note. The hot tub is the highlight of the house and definitely met the expectations. Thank you for the lovely stay.
