BearHaus Central AC, HUGE Hot Tub, Awesome FirePit

I would highly recommend staying at this house. The house setup was great for a group of people with plenty of space on multiple levels. The fire pit area is a fantastic touch and we spent a lot of time out there enjoying the outdoors. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning and Dan and Holly were extremely responsive and sent someone out to take a look right away, which was greatly appreciated. Overall a great place to stay with hosts you can rely on.

We stayed at Holly and Dan’s place as a group of five families, and it was an excellent experience. The house offered plenty of space for everyone, both in the bedrooms and the shared living areas, making it very comfortable for a large group. The outdoor area was perfect for barbecues and relaxing around the bonfire. The home was spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Holly and Dan were extremely responsive and accommodating throughout.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it still delivers. Great space with lots of beds. Prime location and a hot tub that hits after a long day of skiing. Dan and holly were also very proactive and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Killington.

We were a big group coming for a family wedding. The house was great, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a very large nice kitchen / living room area that could accommodate all of us. The hot tub was a really nice extra amenity that we enjoyed using.
Holly and Dan were great hosts who were very quick to respond to any questions and promptly addressed a few small issues.

The bear haus was a great spot for our group of friends with multiple places to relax and be together while also allowing everyone to have their own bedrooms and space. The home was comfortable for or group of 12, (8 adults and 4 children, ages 5-7). Everyone enjoyed comfortable beds and plenty of bathroom space. The house was big enough for privacy and gathering together.
We spent most of our time upstairs in the kitchen/living room. All the cooking was done upstairs and there was plenty of room at the dining table for the whole group to eat together.
The fire pit was large and the was enough seating for everyone. We loved the lights along the path to the fire pit.

This house was terrific for our family vacation. We loved the closeness to the mountain, and the amount of space was perfect for our group, which was 8 adults and 4 children, ages 6, 4, 2 and 21 months. The open kitchen, dining and living room area was perfect, and the huge dining room table was great. We did not feel cramped at all. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and having a washer and dryer was really appreciated. The indoor hot tub was a lot of fun. We had a wonderful family vacation.

Fantastic location that is true to the description, and in the main area of Killington. Many amenities and plenty of bathrooms and space for as many guests that this location can sleep, without feeling cramped. They took meticulous care to make this feel like home, with plenty of dining wares and glassware, and the biggest indoor hot tub ever which was great after skiing. Really tough to ask for much more out of a vacation stay, which is why this is a 5-star review.

Our large group had an excellent stay at Dan & Holly’s house. The beds were comfy, very clean and just as described. We had an issue with the water pressure, and from when I first messaged them it only took 14 mins for a maintenance guy to come and fix it! The hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. Would definitely recommend this house to others!

I recently stayed at this stunning mountain home in Killington, VT, and it was everything I could have hoped for. The house is perfectly tucked away in the woods, offering complete privacy and a sense of true seclusion. It was the perfect spot to disconnect from the world and immerse myself in the peaceful beauty of nature.
Despite its isolation, the location was still incredibly convenient—a short drive to Killington’s snowboarding slopes and other local attractions. After a day of hitting the mountain, relaxing in the hot tub with a tv to watch whatever you want was a highlight of the trip and an unforgettable experience.
The home itself was cozy, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. We were a group of 8 and found the house had more than enough space and could accommodate even bigger groups.

Dan & Holly’s place is by far one of the best air bnb’s my family and I have stayed at. House is big and had enough rooms and beds to accommodate all of us. It had 2 kitchens which was amazing when we were cooking dinner. It’s also had a large dining table that fit all 11 of us which is something we look for in the houses we stay in. The house Had enough bathrooms on both floors that no one had to wait to use one. Bathrooms and rooms and kitchens were very clean. The hot tub was really nice and bigger than i expected it to be. Very nice hang out spot in the hot tub room. The surrounding around the house were beautiful waking up to snow in the location was magical ! I can’t recommend this place enough trust me you won’t regret it. 10/10!

We absolutely loved this house! The house was beautiful, well kept and the fireplace was such a nice touch. We bought a baby gate at the local Walmart for our toddlers safety so if you have toddlers just keep that in mind. But don’t let that stop you from booking this house. The hot tub is great , the kids room is very fun and the house was stocked very well. We had everything we needed plus more.

Beautiful place to stay while we were in town for the Killington Spartan Race. The indoor hot tub was an amazing bonus, with no noxious chemical smells. So many linens, towels, and comfy blankets and more bathrooms than we knew what to do with. Very responsive and friendly hosts. We’ll definitely be back for next year’s race!

This beautiful, spacious home was perfect for our family reunion. We were 10 people: 4 couples, 2 singles, and 2 dogs. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The well-appointed kitchen, dining area and family room easily accommodated all of us. The location was lovely and quiet, yet only a few minutes drive from restaurants, shops and hiking trails. The BearHaus was a wonderful space for my wife and I to use to reconnect with old friends! (We do a weekend away with friends from different parts of New England every 3-6 months.) It is spacious, has SO many bathrooms (which is so awesome!), and has an enormous hot tub that the gang loved. Aaron came over to fix it and explain to me how to use it, which was very helpful, and everything went smoothly after that. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we really appreciated the little VT gifts left for us! :) We even saw a bear cub crossing the road and then wandering in the woods nearby. The only way that this already amazing space could be mad even better would be a water filter, Brita pitcher, or a bubbler, as some folks reported not enjoying the taste of the water from the tap. We won't be able to afford it come winter haha, but we'd love to return in the Spring or Fall next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wanted to share our positive experience. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, making the process smooth and stress-free. The house is simply beautiful - spacious, well-equipped, and free of clutter. It was evident that they put a lot of thought into ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
Although we had a minor issue with the hot tub, we were impressed by how quickly they arranged for someone to come over and fix it. Additionally, accommodating our early check-in request and arranging for the driveway to be shoveled in the morning so we could get our cars out was above and beyond what we expected. It made a significant difference to our overall experience.
The location of the house was perfect for us - less than a 10-min drive to Killington.
In summary, we highly recommend Dan and Holly's house to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Killington!

I rented for a small birthday retreat and it was a perfect place for my friends and I to relax and catch up! Dan and Holly are very responsive and helpful. I would rent again for sure! Wish we rented for longer.

We had the best time at Dan & Holly’s place! Beautiful home right in the heart of Killington. The house is huge, with plenty of space and more beds than our 12-person group could fill. Everything was high quality and beds were super comfortable. They even had extra amenities like flavored syrups and creamers for coffee, q-tips and cotton swabs in the bathrooms. Lots of extra towels and blankets. Hot tub was a fun bonus! We would come back in a heartbeat.

Had a great stay as a group of 14. Communication was easy (just had a question on how to turn on heat downstairs). Hot tub was nice and big (it could fit 12 people I believe but we didn't try that many). We bought a Nintendo switch with us and it was perfect to play in the hot tub room. 2 kitchens make it convenient. Nice big table and kitchen island upstairs for meals. The firepit outside is a nice touch for smores.

Holly and Dan's place was one of the best (if not the best) Air BnB's I've stayed at. There was plenty of room for our large group, house was just as described, clean, cozy, and filled with all the amenities. Loved how many bedrooms and bathroom there were, and having two living rooms/dining rooms was nice as well (for when the kids were sleeping). Can't forget the large hot tub, spacious and relaxing! Holly and Dan were super responsive and answered all my questions right away. Great hosts, great house, and will definitely be booking with them again!

Dan & Holly were incredible! They created a super user friendly Killington/House guide, which was beyond helpful for our group of 10. Truly incredible hosts; super responsive, incredible accommodations, and happy to help in any way possible. I will definitely recommend to anyone planning a Killington trip.

Dan and Holly’s property is amazing and really can accommodate a lot of people. Very responsive as I requested to assist with adjusting jaccuzi’s temperature which was addressed. We really enjoyed it. Very easy to get in and out. Has a Tesla wall charger which was really helpful. We did not need to ask for anything. Would suggest travelers to check with them on entertainment/tv subscriptions if they do not have their own Netflix, HBO subscription. I would rate this a 5 star property specially if you are a bigger group,

Dan & Holly are great hosts. Their house is beautiful and was very spacious for our large group. They allowed us early check in and left us little gifts upon arrival. If we weren’t in the hot tub we lived upstairs in the kitchen/living room area and played games & watched movies all night. This house is in a great location, near by Restaurants, Adventure Center & more. Definitely will be back the next time we are in Killington.

Our short stay at Bear Haus was extremely enjoyable and memorable. We really appreciated all the amenities Dan & Holly provided, and we had complete access to their beautiful home. Our five munchkins enjoyed every aspect of the house including sleeping in the bunk beds, eating smores at the fire pit, and enjoying their shows while sitting in the hot tub. I could go on and on about every aspect of their hospitality and our time spent there, but words cannot express enough how we felt.

Oh my gosh, this rental was the best AirBnb I’ve ever had! I would give it 10 stars if I could. From the moment we booked, everything was effortless. Check-in was so easy and effortless, and the checkout process was the nicest, easiest and fastest hassle-free thing out of anywhere I’ve ever stayed. The house was not only immaculate, but so thoughtful and beautifully decorated. It was totally designed with thought to host a larger party and make everyone feel right at home. Everyone raves about how comfortable their beds and pillows were. There were ample towels, and so much space (and bathrooms) for 10 girls to get ready. We ran into a little hiccup with the water and Holly sent someone right over. Aaron was awesome and my entire group fell in love with him. Favorite rental ever — if you’re considering it, RENT IT! Worth every penny.

The airbnb was very spacious and all the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and living spaces were roomy and all the guests felt comfortable. It was only a short drive to killington mountain!

Dan & Holly were friendly and responsive from the time I booked through the end of our stay and even let us check-in slightly early. Check-in was easy (they even left us a cute welcome basket), the house is awesome and clean, and the digital guidebook they provide is super helpful. We had a question about something at the house during our stay and they responded immediately and sent their property manager over to take care of it super quickly. Love this house and would definitely stay again!

Stayed at Dan & Hollys lovely place for a ski trip amongst a big group of friends.
House is beautiful, clean, and roomy for all of us to hang out and sleep comfortably. Drive to killington resort is only few minutes away with rental options along the route.
Would totally recommend their lovely place to anyone looking for a great time

The BearHaus was the perfect place to stay for our work retreat -- lots of amenities, plenty of bedrooms + beds, great hangout space throughout the house. Its very close to to the other places in Killington + Pico we were doing activites. Dan + Holly were able to accommodate our early check-in, and were very proactive about checking in. Overall, a really great Airbnb experience.

Had an amazing weekend at Dan & Holly's place. Check in was a breeze, the place was just as described, everything was very clean. The location is perfect, near to the ski resorts and activities. Dan and Holly’s place was perfect for our weekend ski trip to Killington. The house was spacious enough for our group of 14 people. There were two kitchen and two living spaces for everyone to cook and hang out. The hot tub was a plus and the beds were so comfy! The house is located just 6 mins drive from Killington so it was very convenient for us. Would stay here again! Highly recommend!

Home was perfectly located minutes away from killington ski resort, house was just like the pictures downstairs hottub is amazing and definitely worth a dip. overall one of the nicest rentable homes around would 100% go back. hosts were super understanding and helpful as well.
