Overall, we had a great stay with Dan & Holly. The hosts were extremely responsive, proactive, and communicated very well from booking through checkout. Check-in was flexible and easy overall, although we initially missed an updated entry code that was sent shortly before arrival. Their instructions were otherwise very clear and helpful.
The space itself was immaculate — truly a 10/10 for cleanliness. The kitchen was pristine, the furniture and linens were spotless, and the bathrooms were squeaky clean. The interior matched the photos and felt very comfortable and welcoming during our son’s graduation weekend.
One thing that surprised us was that the property appeared to be connected to a storefront and located right off the highway, which was different from what we expected based on the listing photos. It was also farther from Middlebury College than we anticipated, and

We stayed here this past weekend with a group of friends and had a great experience. The home was beautiful, spacious, clean, and very well maintained. It has three floors, with the game room on the first floor, most of the bedrooms on the second, and the kitchen/living area on the third. The third floor was especially spacious and gave our group plenty of room to hang out comfortably.
We had no issues during our stay and everyone enjoyed themselves. The host was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Check-in was simple and clear checkout instructions were provided as well.
Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this home to others. We would absolutely stay here again :)

This place was amazing. So much space that everyone was comfortable and happy. The kitchen is big and open with all updated appliances. The fridge and freezer are the biggest I’ve ever seen in person. If you want a place to just get away and relax with plenty to do this is it. Hot tub is also huge. It’s extremely hard to find a place that has everything you’re looking for till we found this one. Thanks again Dan & Holly!

Bear Force One was a wonderfully well-appointed, comfortable, convenient and unique place to stay for our group of 10 adults (5 couples). The 3 floor layout is a bit unusual, but it turned out to be a perfect space. Plenty of parking-the very large upstairs kitchen/ living/ dining room space was a perfect center for our group. The bedrooms were comfortable. Great views from each floor. The outdoor space was very usable and the bottom floor game room is a great addition.
Dan and Holly were very responsive and helpful hosts. I'll share one great example: one afternoon some of the women on our trip were looking to prepare a casserole dip, and couldn't find the ceramic bowl that goes with the large on site crock pot. Our hosts quickly located one and had it delivered to our unit with an hour of being messaged--We all thought that was a great example of how willing they were to handle the small details quickly and efficiently. All in all, our group really enjoyed our time in this unit.

Our group of 10 (5 adults and 5 teens) had a wonderful stay! The house is just as beautiful as the photos show! They literally thought of everything in designing and decorating this home. The airplane theme throughout the house was awesome. It was also well stocked with towels and kitchen essentials. We loved that it was super convenient for us to get to the mountain to ski/snowboard and that there were stores and restaurants right there too. Everything was clean, the hot tub was nice, grill worked well, and the game room was a lot of fun! Holly and Dad were lovely hosts and always helpful and responsive! We hope to come back and stay again!

Nice place. Not a house, it’s the back space of their renting office. It is large. Served its purpose. They clearly put a lot of thought into its airplane decor theme. They communicated quickly. The HVAC is split units, which didn’t keep the temp so we were hot and cold a lot. They clearly care and try hard. It’s a nice enough place to stay.

Dan and Holly were excellent hosts with friendly, proactive communication. We felt right at home. The property is incredible. Our group went skiing both days and the open mud room entrance allowed us to stay clean and organized all weekend. We used the pool table and the other games--all in perfect condition. The hot tub was a major hit (-9° on Saturday!). The kitchen and dining room is wide open and fully stocked. The grill fired right up outside on the deck. We stayed in Friday night and had a full family dinner with 10 people at a single table. Bed rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Transportation was free and easy to coordinate to the mountain and bars. Can't say enough good things about the property. Really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back! I planned a secret proposal for my now fiance. She thought it was a trip with just a couple of friends but instead it was both of our families from across the country and world!
The house is so interesting, it was actually really hard to get her up to the 3rd floor for the surprise. The game room at the entrance and other amenities kept distracting her! Needless to say, the house was very worth it and everyone was happy.
Our group consisted of 14 people, 5 couples, 2 kids and 2 singles. We had room to spare and everyone fit comfortably. Our friends stayed at the hotel across the parking lot. We used the house as a home base, played Monikers and pool etc. The older folks who couldn't make it out to any excursions enjoyed their time as it's a nice space. The house is conveniently located on the shuttle route to the mountains (10-15 minutes both directions) and only an 8 minute drive to the snowmobile rental.
If you have a chance to book it please do. The house is very dear to us now

Bear Force One had everything we needed on our ski trip to Killington. It was in very close proximity to the mountain and rental places by the mountain. It was also walking distance from convenience stores and liquor stores which came in handy when we needed it. The place itself was perfect for large groups, and had two ovens and a large dining table for us all to eat at together. We also appreciated the two separate living areas that allowed our group to watch a scary movie in one area and a non-scary movie in the other. The upstairs living room had a beautiful view. The rooms were gorgeous and clean with plenty of space for everyone. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We also loved the hot tub, it was easy to use and easy to cover up when we were finished. Would highly recommend staying here if you're coming to Killington with a large group!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! We were a group of 13 adults celebrating two birthdays and this place was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone, with comfortable beds and tons of space to spread out. We loved the giant kitchen/living room area, where we spent a lot of time on the big comfy couch and cooked several meals (there was a great selection of pots/pans, plus all 13 of us fit around the dining room table!). The hot tub was also definitely a highlight. Highly recommend this place!

We were a family party of 12, and all were accommodated extremely well. Amenities were plentiful and practical. Best hot tub ever! Bear Force was spotless and everything was as advertised or desired. Greatly appreciated the immediate responsiveness of Dan to our few questions. Recommend this location for a large group. The stairs were a bit of a challenge to those with joint issues. Quiet, homey with great in-house games and activities provided. Great kitchen and spacious living and sleeping areas!

Even better than expected! The house is huge with a separate level for the bedrooms and living room. Massive living room with kitchen, keeps the whole party together. Nice backyard facing the mountains with a fire pit, and a jacuzzi on the balcony with the BBQ grill. Made it for the perfect weekend!

We were a group of 4 families that stayed at Killington Mountain Homes. All of us loved the place and the beautiful surroundings. The kids had fun playing indoor as well as outdoor games. As for the adults, we had a great time too especially the firepit and fully equipped and large kitchen/living area. During our stay we had a couple of issues with ACs and Washer/Dryer which Dan and Holly helped resolve in no time. They were super responsive and made sure we had no trouble during our stay. Our stay at Bear Force One was great! We go away with friends annually and this was our favorite house we have stayed at! Dan and Holly were super responsive with my questions and checking in and out went very smoothly. The house is modern and the kitchen has everything you could ask for. The game room was a plus and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out but also gather together in the kitchen/living room. The 2 rooms with en suites was also great. A perfect getaway for families! The house is charming, spacious, and exceptionally clean. Stayed here with three families, 6 adults and 5 teenagers and the space was perfect. We could spread out and everyone had a great place to sleep. The kitchen was perfect for cooking for a large group. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean. The place had lots of space and plenty of beds. Loved the views from the windows, it was gorgeous. Our group of 7 adults loved our stay here. Hosts were responsive to a few minor issues that arose during our stay. Super comfy beds pillows and bedding and loved having ac and heat in each room. Great water pressure, absolutely stunning back yard to watch the butterflies and dragonflies. Having things like decent shampoo/conditioner & body wash, dishwasher and laundry detergent on hand was so helpful. We loved the pool table and fire pit. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

I've been renting houses for our annual weekend away for 27 years and this is one of the nicest homes we've stayed at. Dan and Holly checked in multiple times over our 3 days to make sure everything was satisfactory. The home was extremely clean had everything we needed and was in a perfect location for our group. I would highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved Bear Force One! We came with a large group of family and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and the massive common areas were perfect for hanging out. The view is amazing and the property felt luxurious. Dan and Holly were so easy to communicate with and answer any questions we had. Highly recommended!

My group and I loved our stay at Bear Force One! The hosts were very accommodating, as well as extremely responsive with any questions we had. They worked with us to quickly solve any issues that came up during our time there.
The entire place immediately felt like home to us upon arrival. After our first night, none of us could stop talking about how comfy the beds & linens were.
On our second day there, it rained for the entire day, cancelling most of our afternoon plans. But none of us were really upset about it, because there was so much for us to do at the house anyway!
We’re already talking about coming back next year for a longer stay.

Dan & Holly’s place was incredible. I stayed here with friends for a girls weekend and their place had everything we needed and more. They were very responsive and accommodating. The place was spotless and looked just like the photographs. An easy drive to all the local breweries, downtowns, and hikes as well. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Killington!

What a great place to stay! It had everything we could have asked for. The downstairs was great for game nights and the view from the top floor was amazing. The kitchen was huge which was great for making a large family dinner. The hosts were phenomenal. Will definitely be booking this place again in the future. Thank you for a great place!

Beautiful home that is very well-maintained by hosts that obviously care a lot and have thought deeply about the guest experience. We used the home as our base for travels to see the solar eclipse, but we wish could have stayed longer and with a larger group because the home has so many amenities!
The hot tub is awesome (and huge) and there is also a Weber grill, billiards table, and arcade games. The top floor is a huge open space with a very modern kitchen featuring a double size refrigerator. (Guests with mobility issues should be aware of the reverse floor plan of the home.)
I am a host as well and I was very impressed by all the thoughtful touches. We will definitely rebook if we make it back to Killington!

We stayed here with a large group and had a wonderful time. The house is near Killington Mountain and located conveniently right off the highway (which you don’t even notice because the unit is in the back). The third floor was an amazing place to gather, whether for dinner or a movie.

Holly & Dan are incredibly responsive and the house is wonderful for a larger group size. The basement activities are fantastic, fire pit was a huge positive, and hot tub was great (plus stocked with a basket of towels for everyone). The details of a great stay are clearly thought through by Dan & Holly.
As an even bigger positive, we had one small issue when we first arrived and Dan & Holly had a service person over within 30 minutes to resolve the issue - top notch service overall! Would absolutely stay again! THANK YOU!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dan & Holly's beautiful home. We were a total of 3 families and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out and the kids loved the bunk beds. The location less than 10 minutes drive to the mountain was so convenient on our ski days and the hot tub felt amazing after a day on the slopes. The entry was perfectly set up with benches and hooks for all the ski gear and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner each night. The home was clean and exactly as pictured. When we had questions Dan & Holly were extremely responsive. We would definitely return for a future ski weekend!

This was the perfect place for our family get together! The place was immaculate, had great space for 10 of us, with great light and a beautiful view of the mountains! We enjoyed the amenities very much, with pool table, foosball, video games, and hot tub allowing us to spend the day fully entertained without leaving the house if we wanted. Conveniently located on Route 4 right near the junctions of the Killington Access road and Route 100, the location allows for convenient access to Killington and to Pico. In addition, we went for a great snowshoe right around the corner at Kent Pond and the Gifford Woods state park just on Route 100. Our hosts were very friendly, proactive and clear in guiding us, as well as responsive when we had questions.

We had such an incredible trip and it was in massive part to this house and our group getting to be together while enjoying all the amenities the house and town had to offer. For a large group, there is no better place to stay. We had the most fun using the games and open floor plans. We relaxed after days on the mountain in the hot tub and it was just what we needed. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The communication was excellent. Any questions we had or things we needed were responded to in a matter of minutes, if that. I cannot recommend this place enough. We truly enjoyed our time and we would absolutely stay again! Thank you for everything and being so incredibly helpful in the process! We loved celebrating here!!

Exceptional stay at the Mountain view! We had everything we needed and more! Tons of kitchen supplies, towels for the bathroom, jacuzzi and plenty, plenty of toilet paper lol! The bedrooms were all very spacious with lots of sleeping space to hold a large group. Rooms were nicely furnished as well as bathrooms updated with new fixtures. If we did not have something we needed, Dan and Holly were quickly on it. Love this property and would totally recommended to anyone! It’s very close to Killington mountain which is key to those coming to visit to ski. Not to mention, the liquor store across the street from air bnb. It was my first time visiting to Vermont and Dan and Holly helped our stay one to remember for my friends and I.

Our family did a mini reunion here for the weekend. Overall we had a wonderful time and the space was incredible. We really enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub. There’s a great table upstairs that we were able to use for dinner. The kitchen has just about everything you need and it had the perfect pot for all the pasta we made. Beds were clean and comfortable. This place is as amazing as it looks!

We had a group of 10 stay here at the house and it was newly renovated. The house was huge and was such a cool spot. The Hot tub was very comfortable and brand new. The arcade games were a nice touch. I haven't played Pacman in ages! The King beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were well sized. The kitchen had all the amenities and 3rd floor had nice dining room/ living room area. The Ugg throw blankets were so and soft. I would recommend this house! My only issue was that we couldn't stay longer!

Dan & Holly’s place was incredible! We had our original accommodations that fell through and Dan and holly were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Dan met us at the house and showed us around. He made amazing recommendations for Hikes and local dives. The place was stunning. Incredible views and well appointed furnishings and tons of space. The beds were super comfortable and we all felt right at home. There was everything we needed to be comfortable and to make our stay perfect. They even had someone come out and prepare the hot tub for us to make sure we had access right away! We are already planning our trip for next year and will look no further. You won’t regret staying at Dan & Holly’s place.

Really enjoyed our stay! The place is as pictured and probably more. The quality of the residence was solid and even things like linens and pillows felt soft and new. They also had quite a few amenities.
Overall the place was very clean. Pretty convenient place to other locations as well as restaurants and markets not too far away.
The hosts were also accommodating and easy to talk to!
The one thing that I didn't catch was the front area is the storefront to the business but privacy definitely still secure, as they are completely separate from the home.

B41 was perfect for our girls. This place is great for large groups and is close to the restaurants. The process from start to finish was great and Holly and Dan were very responsive to any and all of my questions. I am not an outdoorsy gal or a Vermont gal but I would definitely stay with them again, it felt like luxury!

Our stay at BearForceOne was amazing and worked really well for us (3 families with 6 adults and 6 kids ranging from 9-12 yrs). We stayed for 5 days and had record snow! Adults cooked and lounged on the top floor while kids played on the bottom floor with the pool table, foosball table, arcade games and big screen TV. All the necessary cooking wear were provided along with a nice welcome package. Communication was quick with Dan and Holly from booking to checkout. We couldn't find a coffee grinder and one showed up at the door within 5 minutes.
The unit is located across from a small grocery and liquor store, and right on the shuttle route to head to Killington Resort. We chose to drive, which took about 10 minutes to Killington Resort and 5 minutes and to Pico Resort (Pico was a hidden gem of a ski hill). The X-country outfitter near the house was closed so a few of us went to the Woodstock Nordic Centre.
Probably one of the best ski trips we've had. Thanks Dan & Holly!

The house was beautiful, had plenty of space for all of us, all the amenities you could ask for, and was a 6 minute drive from the mountain and bars with a shuttle bus stop right next to the house that can take you to both. Great home and accommodations. We had 4 families in total and this was large enough to handle everyone. Owners are very responsive and there were no issues. The kiddos loved being in the ground floor and adults were chilling upstairs. Families enjoyed the well kept and clean hot tub after a long day of skiing! Would definitely rent this location again.
