Holly and Dan were pleasant and proactive before and during our stay. The condo was very comfortable and in an excellent location for skiing. Having a ski shop, restaurant and pool/hot tub in the building were nice bonus’s as well.

The property was super close to the Killington slopes. Only a few minuets to the parking lot. The hot tub was a super nice amenity after a day on the slopes.
The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond to answer any questions.

Dan and Holly’s place was fantastic! Clean, with everything we needed for a quick ski getaway. The boot dryer was so nice! The directions for where to park and how to get in were clear and easy to follow. The amenities in the condo building were great; it was so nice to relax in the hot tub after a day of skiing. They were super responsive to a couple questions we had, replying in minutes. We rented our gear right on site at the Black Dog, which was super convenient. We never actually waited for the shuttle bus which picked up right out front; we just walked over to the slopes. There were a couple cute welcome gifts (maple popcorn being the fave) for us at check in which we enjoyed. We’d definitely stay here again!

We just returned from an incredible ski trip to Killington and cannot recommend BaseLoj enough! From the moment we booked, our hosts, Dan and Holly, were exceptionally helpful and made sure every detail was taken care of for a stress-free getaway. They are truly premier hosts. They were super informative about the area and provided a pristine, comfortable home-away-from-home. Their communication was seamless throughout our entire stay. The condo itself is the definition of a mountain retreat. After a long day on the slopes, walking into such a warm, inviting space was the best feeling. We spent our evenings curled up on the comfortable furniture, and the decor really gives you that "classic ski lodge" feel that makes a Vermont trip special. It’s the kind of place where you want to slow down and relax. The proximity to the mountain is unbeatable. We loved being just a short walk from the Snowshed base. On a cold day, the free shuttle picked us up right outside the building and had us at the lifts in about two minutes. Having access to the Mountain Green health spa was a massive bonus as well. After a long day on the "Beast," the indoor pool, hot tubs, and sauna were the perfect way to recharge before heading back to our cozy home. We also really appreciated the onsite ski shop (Black Dog Sports) for quick gear needs and when it came to getting something to eat, the ease of getting to the best restaurants on the access road. We highly recommend BaseLoj!

Really great spot for Killington, can even walk to snowshed lodge if you choose to though there is a shuttle that picks up from both sides of the building. Clean, comfortable and everything you need in a home away from home - condo amenities in the building are also excellent. would recommend!

We had a great stay in Killington! Communication with the owners, Dan and Holly, was excellent — they were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The ski-home access was a huge plus, and we especially loved the ski boot warmers/dryers after long days on the mountain.
The building itself has fantastic amenities, including a steam room, sauna, hot tub, and pool, which made it easy to relax after skiing. Overall, an awesome experience — we would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Killington.

Great place to stay in Killington. Super close to the lifts and parking lot at K1 Lodge. Photos described the place perfectly. Amenities also were great with the steamroom, sauna, pool, hot tub, and locker rooms. TV worked great and had all the apps you could need. Some neat decor on the walls and really felt like a ski lodge. Whenever I’m back in Killington next, I know where to stay. Great place and good communication with our host.

This condo complex is a bit older but Dan and Holly did a great job making their space comfortable and clean. The beds were comfy, linens fresh, kitchen well stocked. As described with gym/pool and sauna all within the building. Easy access to skiing!

An amazing stay!! We really enjoyed the location, next to the ski mountain lift and Killington Distillery. The property had so many great amenities; restaurant, gear store, hot tub, pool, and saunas. The home was extremely clean, well stocked with linens and the twin beds are very comfortable! We really appreciated the local welcome gifts, it was such a sweet touch! Highly recommend and will definitely try to rebook next year!

Five-star stay. We’re a family of five and the bed setup was perfect. All beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Great location for skiing. We drove to the K1 Lodge each day, which was very easy, and you can also walk to the Snowdon lift. Check-in was smooth, and Dan and Holly’s app made all the information easy to find. Would definitely recommend for a ski trip of any length.

We stayed for just one night, arriving quite late around 10 PM, but check-in was seamless thanks to the clear and detailed instructions provided. The property was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Everything matched the listing perfectly. Dan, the owner, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. His communication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We stayed here last minute in the summer to enjoy hiking and the Killington Adventure center as a family (with our kids ages 16, 13 and 11). This condo is close to everything. There is construction going on currently, which made parking a bit confusing at first, but it was otherwise no problem. One thing to note, there is no AC, which was fine since we weren’t inside most of the day anyway. The condo had everything we needed and it was clean and had comfortable beds. We enjoyed our time at Dan & Holly’s place!

Dan & Holly’s place was clean, easily accessible, and had everything we needed for a weekend in Killington. The condo had plenty of space for everyone. One thing I would note is that one of the bathrooms could only accommodate baths—not showers as of August 2025. Dan & Holly were proactive and always got back to us quickly. We appreciated the welcome goodies and would recommend their place for anyone looking for a centrally located condo in Killington.

This is a really great location if you’re here to ski at Killington. You don’t even need to take the shuttle. The rooms are spacious and it has everything you could need.

Dan and Holly were great hosts and the condo was amazing. We were treated with a welcome letter with little gifts and treats from our host which was a nice little touch! The condo was awesome with a full service kitchen and cooking utensils, it was walking distance from the slopes, and the space was roomy and clean. This was one of our best get aways and we would definitely return!

Great atmosphere inside. Super close to the slopes. Little bummed couldn’t use the balcony but the roof on the building was being replaced so understandable and the price reflected this. We loved staying at Dan & Holly’s place for a summer trip! The amenities were awesome, especially the heated outdoor pool. We loved being able to walk to hikes at Killington. The apartment felt very spacious for 2 people and we had everything we leave. Would love to come back in the winter!
